AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Party Plus Rentals had everything we needed to make our dream wedding (ceremony and reception) a reality. Their showroom was recently updated and we had so many options to choose from. They even had custom banners and balloons for any occasion! Their customer service representatives were knowledgeable and very helpful! The manager, Bernie made sure delivery was right on time and he helped set up everything! The rows of chairs were perfectly aligned and the tables and chairs looked so beautiful! The most unprofessional rental place I have ever used. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Linette is incredibly unprofessional and they will blame you for their overbooking and mistakes. You will spend almost 2k with them just for them to unfairly claim you stole an $8 tablecloth and then charge you $40 for it. We are a business who hosted a Christmas party and contracted this companies services. The cocktail tables were in terrible condition and all the white padded chairs were dirty and dusty. We had to pay OT for some of our staff to stay and clean all the chairs. Don't you know its a pandemic and it was obvious

Party Plus is absolutely the best to work with. I have been renting party equipment and linens for the past 20 years. They are so accommodating, doing their best to fill my requests. Their customer service is excellent, especially we have enjoyed working with Suzanne over the phone. All of the delivery drivers are polite and show up one time and willing to help. The quality of their products is fantastic. Also, the owners are a joy to have gotten to know and support. I would highly recommend them for all of your rental and event needs.

Requested delivery in time for for our big Thanksgiving. Table, Chairs, linens, glassware, plates, and silverware. A party of 27. Chairs that were delivered were filthy and unusable. Requested that they return with chairs that were clean and usable. They refused and just took the chairs back. We were left missing chairs for our function and had to make do with borrowed mismatched chairs. Plates and glassware had chips and we're not all matching. Linens did not fit the tables as ordered.
We would never ever use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing customer

Party Plus Rentals saved my wedding.
We got married at a private home out in Palm Springs. I hired a caterer and he told me he would arrange all the rentals. He estimated the cost of all our rentals to be about $3600 with Classic Party Rentals. $3600 fit my budget.
9 days before my wedding - my guest count went DOWN not up, and we did not make any new or additional requests - but for some reason my caterer couldn't explain my rental cost was over $8000. WHAT?? It was double my budget! That's not even close to the number he had provided 8 weeks earlier. So I went into panic mode.

I had my rustic/bohemian/desert wedding in Pioneertown (near Joshua Tree) with Party Plus Rentals as our most primary vendor for Rentals. We were so happy with our service. Lanette in their office (as well as Karley and the others who would fill in) gave us impeccable attention to detail and prompt replies. I was doing all of our wedding planning for 10 months, and she was patient and attentive whenever I would amend our order via email, which was frequently (ha).

Wonderful company!! Helped make my wedding the most wonderful event! They were on time, with perfect precision and items, and helped me change my order several times over the phone.
I also owe them a great big apology. In my wedding planning craziness, I made a great mistake on the dance floor size and didn't listen to the person on the phone who confirmed. I also didn't check my past emails they sent confirming the size. The day of the wedding, the dance floor I ordered was there, but I had thought it should be more. Even when I protested (thinking I was correct) they helped

Offers more variety in chairs and tables than others around the area. Rented here a few times without any issues. Staff has been helpful and friendly.
Check their website for pricing and photos of their rental equipment, but do visit their location to see for yourself. You will be able to plan your event better, knowing what the colors exactly look like and if that table you want actually fits the area, etc.
