TRS is a licensed registered contractor for residential and commercial applications. ROC 102021. Our licenses certify us to install and wire any type of window covering on a home or business anywhere in the state of Arizona. We are always in good standing with the AZ ROC and we've never had a fine or violation levied again us for any reason.

I’ve had my screens for several years now. They were great for the first few years then the problems started. For the last 6 years 1 or 2 of them rip out every summer. This morning I noticed one ripped out AGAIN - FOR THE 3rd TIME! It is $500 a pop to get them fixed...and they don’t warrant the fixes. Every crew they send out has a different… reason/excuse for the failure. This was a $12,000 system that has $500 minimum per year to repair. I’m pretty pissed with the quality and excuses. They simply do not make it right. They sure as heck did not warn me about this AND I

While I cannot speak to the quality of Tucson Rolling Shutters & Screens' products, customer service leaves lots to be desired. A neighbor at Riverwalk Tucson had something delivered. After 2 service techs had a few rides up and down on the scissor lift, apparently they didn't have the correct product, tools or whatever. So they left the scissor… lift illegally parked on Blue Diamond Drive all afternoon and night - illegal because our streets double as fire lanes, also there were no caution cones. My bad fortune was to back into the scissor lift when exiting my garage. Thinking Tucson

A big thank you to Nick and his crew Javier and Richard for expediting the service on our rolling shutters we purchased in April 2017. The shutters come loose from the holders inside and they fell. It was our only way out of the house to the rear. Javier and Richard did a great job in little time and had us back operating again. Thanks so much!
