Fast, simple, easy. Island Auto performed a oil change given an appointment for 1pm. Arrived at 12:50, car was pulled in by 12:55p and I think I was back on the road all said and done with paperwork etc before 1:30pm. Can't beat that! I called around area auto shops with a tall order - I needed to come by at 1pm to rotate and balance tires, change oil, and leave before 2pm.

I had an emergency situation of needing brakes to be able to pick up my kids from school. Kim was very understanding and from the start was looking to see how they could help. She said she would try to get them done in time….and they came through big time! They were fixed super fast and the cost was affordable and made sense! Great service. Great team. Will use again.

I have taken my vehicle here multiple times and have always been treated with respect, professionalism, and honesty. I've been to many other places before with my vehicle and have not felt the same from other mechanics being a younger woman.
