Highly recommend this taxi service!! No one would even answer at this this hour!! Uber lyft completely timed out, every other taxi service went straight to an answering machine!! Stranded at the train station midnight on Mother's Day!! This gentleman picked me up within 5 minutes flat! So grateful I am home safe & warm!! The service was great, price was more than fair, the car was clean, comfortable & luxurious! So so so grateful for this company, it's a true business!! Not oh we made enough money today let's shut it down for the night!! I will never call another taxi service. These guys are now

David was a NO-SHOW for a 5 am pickup, confirmed the day prior. Calls went straight to voicemail. He left six of us stranded without a way to get to the airport.
When I finally got a hold of him two days later, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and untruthful.
Absolutely unacceptable. Will be sharing on social media and ensuring that NO ONE we know uses Black Line.
