The town homes are laid out strange and parking for guests or if you have a large vehicle will be next to impossible.
Upstairs: The living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and master bedroom and bathroom are all upstairs making it a pain to unload groceries and haul them up the stairs. The upstairs stays hot during the summer requiring you to use the central air conditioner a lot. Electric bill during the summer is around 300 and winter is 80. Master bathroom is pretty small. There is two balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. Nobody really uses the one of the master as it
