The ENTIRE staff was helpful and caring! Dr. Shairoz Patel, PA-C is very knowledgeable and I am beyond excited I can call this my new Dr's office in 2021! I thought I had found a great primary care doctor in Dr. Catlett, but I won’t be returning to this office. I felt like Dr. Catlett was easy to talk to and I appreciated that she took the time to answer all of questions. However, her poor follow-through post-visit was a deal breaker for me. Waiting 2-3 weeks for her to review my lab results and upload them in the portal is unacceptable. My medication dosage is dependent on those results. I could overlook the time lag the first time, but it happened two additional times which told me her poor follow-through is the norm.

I had been looking for a health provider that met my expectations, and I am happy to say that I founded it. Yesterday, I had my first app, at the Pandya Medical Center. My app was with Emily Huffman and I was super happy. Ms. Huffman is a very caring professional. Even though, the center was 2 nurses short, Ms. Huffman was very calm. I never felt she was in a hurry. She asked me a lot of questions and gave me answers to my concerns. I pray this is the medical center I have been looking for.

Dr. Pandya is an amazing physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to address concerns while offering relevant and pertinent solutions, advice and guidance. She is thorough and transparent with an extremely magnetic personality. In my opinion, Dr. Pandya is second to none! Highly recommend!!!

I love my doctors office! Everyone has been amazing from my first visit. From check in, to the nurses, and especially Dr. Catlett. The whole office staff are kind, courteous , and professional. Dr. Catlett wants to really find the solution to any problem you have. She listens and ask questions to find source. Bedside manor is amazing. With my issue, she would not stop until we figured it out. Absolutely amazing!

Dr. Catlett is Amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. She is very thorough, attentive and pro-active with care needs. She makes me feel like a teammate in care approach, very reassuring and refreshing. Very Thankful! Also, the front desk staff and lab are fantastic. I also really enjoy when nurses do the initial clinical data gathering in the patient room prior to physician visit. The nurses are very professional and caring. Thank You Pandya Medical Center!

Dr Pandya is one of THE BEST doctors I have been seen by, EVER! She not only listens to your health concerns but asks additional questions so together you can both decide what is the best treatment plan. She takes the time to personally call you to explain your lab/test results and goes through how to best continue your treatment. She will not give up until the cause of your problems have been found and an appropriate treatment is implemented! When you chose Dr. Pandya as your PCP, you are not only in good hands, you are in the BEST hands!!!

After spending 2 hours on hold with BCBS to try and get my membership ID, their receptionist Micki sat with me on hold with their representatives to help me. She could have simply rescheduled me, she could have brushed me off, but she helped. And every person from the Doctors to the PA's to the Nurses, and receptionists alike are more than willing… to help you in any way possible. They dig until they figure it out and are forthcoming with all information. I appreciate the answer "I don't know." Because it means they are treating this as a blank canvas to eliminate wrong answers instead of
