Bainbridge Performing Arts
All Together Now! features songs from MTI's beloved catalogue of musicals including Come From Away, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Hairspray, Les Miserables, Little Shop of Horrors, Matilda, Rent, and many more! Bainbridge Performing Arts and Far Away Entertainment, known around the Island as Bainbridge Cinemas, are proud to announce an exciting new partnership to bring live theatre to the Pavillion.

BPA will move production of live performances to Theater 3 of Bainbridge Cinemas at the Pavilion during the renovation of what will soon be re-named "The Buxton Center for Bainbridge Performing Arts."
Services
Our mission is to promote appreciation of and participation in the performing arts to build, educate and inspire our vibrant, creative community. We envision an inclusive and connected community in which we spark joy and change lives by creating a "brave space" for the pursuit of equitable, creative, and educational experiences.
With the pandemic continuing to throw curveballs, and BPA diving headlong into the remodel of the entire facility, we regret to announce that we are not able to remount our beloved Summer Theatre School classes or productions this year. We hope very much to hold a program next summer in our temporary space, and that by 2023 we'll be back in the beautiful new building!
Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra and Maestro Mario Alejandro Torres are inviting you back to our live performances! On this special concert you will get to experience a more intimate setting, as we will be featuring various chamber groups from our orchestra. Come and join us for an exciting and varied program with works by Beethoven, Fucik, Copland, Busch, Sibelius, and Haydn.
What began with a handful of volunteers in 1956 flourishes still today. BPA has been entertaining Bainbridge Island and beyond for more than six decades, and we wouldn't exist without the generous support of our friends, neighbors, community organizations, and local businesses. After 64 years of serving as a cornerstone of the arts on the Island, Bainbridge Performing Arts has launched a capital campaign to address some much-needed improvements.
Bainbridge Performing Arts is pleased to offer an "Open Doors" program. Free and reduced-cost tickets to most events are available to community members in need through our partner Helpline House thanks to a grant from BCF Discretionary Grant Fund, BCF Community Grant Cycle Partners, Plan B Fund, Sada Ross Fund, Debbie & Tom Kuffel, David & Kathleen Thorne, Brigette & Jeremy Yates, and the Mabee Family Foundation.

The shows are top-notch. Pete Benson is really filling the head position after Liz Ellis. If you want to see a professional play with an array of ages, BPA is what you're looking for.

Great local talent presenting well rehearsed presentation in small theatre where there is not a bad seat in the house.

Great theater. Currently they are doing Matilda and the kids were awesome. The girl who plays Matilda had more lines than anyone else in the play. I would guess she is seven or eight years old. She was AMAZING!!!

Seats are on the smaller side, but they are not uncomfortable. Bainbridge is fortunate to have a local community space such as this and it facilitates many fun and diverse musical and theatrical performances.

BPA put on an excellent production of Return To Forbidden Planet. This is a really nice venue. Wish I didn't live 1100 miles away!

A great venue for Bainbridge. Kind of small and not much leg room. The stage is minimal. But, the performances there are often excellent.

What a wonderful production house in such a tight knit community! They serve wine/beer/cocktails during the open house/intermission with impeccable service! The chairs are kind of old but the productions are so good that you'll soon forget about it.
