In January of 2009, Kahren White founded Firewater Associates, LLC as an SBA Certified Woman Owned Small Business. In January of 2017, Renee Echols became president of Firewater, and Kahren moved into the roll of Chief Financial Officer. She continues in the role of administration and management of contracts, personnel and oversees all daily operational and financial activities.

Ms. Echols is responsible for directing growth and expansion of the Company's business with government and commercial clients. Ms. Echols has over 30 years' experience in the environmental and waste management areas beginning her career as a Health Physicist and Regulator with the State of Mississippi Division of Radiological Health.
