Auxier & Associates was founded in 1992 by John A. Auxier, Ph. D., CHP, a world-renowned expert in nuclear engineering and health physics with over 50 years of scientific and managerial experience. He brought together an exceptional, experienced team of scientists to fulfill the needs and demands of our clients, while at the same time maintaining the highest degree of quality in the most cost-effective manner.
We have over 30 years of experience in radiological management and have performed over $20 million worth of remediation, consulting and waste disposal services. Auxier's scientists and technicians possess multiple years of experience providing high quality services to our clients with a commitment to excellence.
Site surveys and characterizations to determine the nature and extent of radiological contamination. Site operational history, physical environment, and data from any known contamination sources are used in planning a site characterization. An integral part of a radiological site characterization is a radiation survey using specialized detection equipment.
