Very professional, friendly, Chris let us take our time and answered all our questions. He also let us put our bike on the trailer to see the fit. Chris was always kind and just down to earth, and helped us with all my husband's concerns. We are taking our other vehicle in to have them install a hitch. All prices were very reasonable. Nice to find a place where people care and want to do their job. Wonderful place, well worth the drive!!!!

I have to say that Brian, his wife, Chris and the other team members of this shop are amazing and the best one can ask dealing with.
We had an issue that require us stop our motorcycle trip and put our motorcycle on a trailer and drive back to NY.
I was searching for a 2 motorcycles trailer and only one had them in stock in a 150 mile radius was Brian from B&C trailers.I contacted him over the phone and he arrange one to be ready for me to pick up in the next day. Transaction was smooth and fast and we want our way.
about 6 minutes after we left the lot, we got hit by another car and the trailer

Was traveling with trailer, had trouble with harness and had to get a new one. Started back on the road and the brakes on trailer over heated. My husband and daughter couldn't figure out what was wrong. Called 2 different shops after getting a room and resting night before. Other shops told us they were booked. Called B&C and told them we were from California and military. Needed to head back. They immediately got us in and they were booked as well. Wonderful customer service. We appreciate the kind friendly efficient service.
