This Saturday, My Quadrafire Pellet stove ( Castile) developed several issues. Its 18 degrees, holiday weekend and my primary heat source is not working. Stopped at Palace Aids, Mark called me back in 20 minutes. Agreed to come out. He was here within an hour of our conversation. Mark not only fixed the issue which shut it down, but showed me how to clear jams in the future, but showed me several things I did not know, as I inherited the stove. He even explained how to install the new blower I had ordered, but wasn't quite right! He gave me an old blower as an example. I Replaced the blower, the

My pellet stove wouldn’t light anymore and with a baby I needed it fixed asap I called palace Aids since it’s where I bought my stove from almost 3 years prior and they came out THAT DAY and brought a couple parts to make sure he had what he might need just by me telling what was wrong over the phone and he had the part on hand when he found what was wrong. He was efficient and gave us a lesson how to efficiently run our stove and cleaned some parts. Such nice and genuine customer service I will recommend them a million times to everyone! Don’t use anyone else I swear by them!

First, I love my Pellet Stove. From day one Mary and Mark were helpful in making sure I purchased the correct stove for not only my tastes, but my needs. They were very patient, super responsive, and helped allay any concerns I had. I had some concerns (new to a pellet stove) and Mark came over and reassured me all was ok. He took his time and listened to all my items and taught me so much!!! 😊
So refreshing to deal with real, honest, kind people. Good old fashioned service. Believe the hype!!

Mark and Mary from Palace Aids are the BEST!!! We purchased our stove over 8 years ago from them and have never once regretted our choice! It has been the most pleasurable experience from purchase, installation (tricky) and now follow up care and maintenance of our stove. They are always ready to give some guidance on how to navigate maintenance on our stove and order what we need.
I definitely recommend them over the internet or someone out of town as they are always there for you when you need them!! Great people, great business! Keep up the fabulous work! I appreciate you both!

Love this company!!! My house came with a wood stove when I purchased it. Over the past two years I began to have problems with the stove. I really thought it was time to replace it. I called Palace Aids thinking I might need to buy a new one and to give one last try to fix mine. I spoke to Mark who was absolutely wonderful. They are wonderful and honest. He really could have told me the stove was gone but said mine had more life. He fixed my stove and it is better than new. I need to call again after a power outage and my area, and again service was beyond exception!

We'd like to express our appreciation to Mark at Palace Aids in Torrington, CT. His advice on a problem with our pellet stove was "right on!" Mark was quite helpful with his list of suggestions on how to solve the problem. We were so grateful for Mark's expertise to get the stove through the heating season. Mark was not pushing for an expensive house service call but freely gave advise on how to fix our pellet stoves problem. The customer comes first - a rare thing today... we will not hesitate to recommend Palace Aids to friends when they contemplate buying a stove. We've been happy customers
