I have been meaning to write a review about House of Warmth for a while since we had a pellet stove installed in September of 2019. We had moved into a condo that had all electric heat. Although I did replace most of the electric baseboard heaters with SoftHeat hydronic heaters for energy savings and also replaced all the thermostats with Mysa wireless and internet controlled as well as the ability to control output to the heaters, the fact that the doors and windows were 25+ years old, and not so great insulation, made ya realize an additional source of heat was needed. Brian and Nyree recently installed a High Output fireplace in our home. We LOVE it! Nyree listened closely as we described our project and picked up on some key points which led her to showing us options we didn't know we had! This firebox will be our primary heat source so it was important to get the right one. Brian spent extra time during the installation making sure it was perfect. Wonderful place to work with! Staff is extremely helpful and was able to answer every question we had. We bought a pellet stove from here and had an issue with the stove's operation. Brian was very understanding and helped us resolve the issue. He even came out personally to make sure everything went smoothly. After everything was resolved we decided to buy a fireplace insert from him and we even referred our neighbors to the house of warmth for a pellet stove as well! Everyone is happy!

These folks do a great job, do everything from start to finish. I recently replaced an unvented gas fireplace as we didn't like the odor from same. Loved the fact I didn't have to seek out an additional company to complete the install. They not only did the carpentry to vent the new unit, also hooked up the gas. And they provide annual service to maintain the product, one stop shopping. After the install we had a minor issue with a noisy fan, they responded quickly and fixed the problem promptly. Good people to do business with.

Brian and his team at house of warmth deliver not only expertise in their trade, but have some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. As part of a remodeling to propane stove from a wood burning fireplace, Brian helped guide us on stove features and designs. Additionally he recommended carpenters and stone materials and followed up to ensure we were happy with all choices. In today's high volume and hands-off world its nice to see that House of Warmth still offers first class customer service and a friendly style.
