We had water leaking into a gas fireplace. Mike was able to schedule Justin for the next day. Justin got on the wet roof, diagnosed the problem, took pictures to show us the issue, went back on the roof and fixed the leak. We couldn't be more pleased. Just completed my new roof. Superb job! I was out of town for the completion of the work and came home to find the new roof and everything cleaned up.

These guys did a great job. They were the only company who would do my roof as I have a manufactured home and have had multiple other people/companies come out (and a bunch who said they would but never did) and give me a quote and then never show up. It was a technical job as there are tons of skylights and the house is off grid and they were able to handle it all in a very timely and professional manner. They actually bumped me up a few weeks to meet a travel deadline I was trying to meet. It was expensive but definitely worth the money. The only thing I could think of to complain about was that

Michael, the owner, is the best. I wish to give him 10 stars! Mike's pics are more thorough than those of another roofing company. While that company's estimate was $3,275 (I have the email to prove it), Mike only charged about 25% of that, including cleaning the gutter. I cannot recommend him enough. As a matter of fact, I gave Mike $20 extra to show my appreciations. Jenn, the office manager is one of the best, too. She was very responsive, considerate, and thoughtful.

The crew was super friendly, courteous and right on time. They communicated often and did a great job. Mike the owner came out and checked on the crew and made sure we were happy.
They did exactly what they promised and the price didn't go up. They even replaced a couple of pieces of gutter cover at no charge.
100% will use them again and highly recommend them.

Had a new roof installed 18 months ago. Still waiting for owner to finish fixing all leaks. 9 trips later, owner wont call back. Charging more to finish job but wont finish job. Sent photos and videos of leaks but no follow up. Must fill out service form every request but no satisfaction. Look at your paperwork. I hope owner calls soon. Will update soon. Jp One Star

After a couple of severe winter roof damage we finally were able to have 5 Star Roofing come to our very remote home. We decided to go with a metal roof as opposed to a composite roof and Michael and his team were able to maneuver our tricky compound angled roof. It looks beautiful and we're looking forward to many years with this roof. The team were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend 5 Star for any of your roofing needs.

I am in the process of selling my current home and buying a new one. I had Mike Sperling from 5-Star Roofing come out to do the inspection on my current house. He was on time (important for me), efficient, very professional, friendly, and explained the condition of my roof in terms I could understand. The quote he gave for repairs was very reasonable. When the time came for the repairs, the 5-Star team arrived on time, and did their work quickly and without bothering me. Another fabulous roofing job from Mike and 5 Star. (BTW, different house. ;-) New construction on a challenging design. Mike and his crew rose to the occasion in the exceptional way that I expected. Beautiful work, very reasonable price, excellent cleanup when the job was done. I continue to refer to whomever need a new roof. He is busy for a good reason: he's the best around.

After the last storms, we had some water seepage on our 2nd floor bed room, which is close to a roof line/window sill. I had no idea where the water was coming from. But we had Michael come out and do a exception and I figured we were going to have a huge bill for repair.
This was not the case...
Michael was able to fix the problem at no charge. We had some loose shingles. Which we might be the lucky ones in this case. Also to add, he did the repair mid storm. That was awesome also.
After the last storm this evening, I've had no more issues. Stoked!!!!

Owner Michael was very helpful in our search for the right roof for us! His crews thoroughly cleaned up every night. Our job was close to a rainy forecast and they hustled to finish the job in only three days and with hours to spare before it rained. The new roof looks fantastic, the gutters are doing their job well, and no leaks (and believe me, we had some very heavy rains to test it!). I highly recommend 5 Star Roofing.
