Acupuncture is extremely safe. The sensation caused by an acupuncture needle varies. The needles are tiny, just a little larger than a cat's whisker or human hair. Where the acupuncture needle has been inserted you may experience a vague numbness, heaviness, tingling, or dull ache. Sometimes people experience a sensation of energy spreading and moving around the needle.
Fact: The U.S government has spent billions trying to find a cure for heart disease, cancer and other diseases. Their conclusion: Disease is easier to prevent than it is to cure. Their recommendation: Eat 5-9 servings of fresh raw fruits and vegetables every day. The problem: Do to our busy lifestyles almost no one does.

Dr. Curtis is amazing! I had gotten my blood work done at my primary care. It showed my kidney function had dropped quite drastically, I was told there was nothing I could do except eat well and exercise. I already eat well and exercise so I brought my blood work results to Dr. Curtis and she reviewed them and treated me with herbs and acupuncture. After a few months I got more blood work done and it showed my kidneys were back up to where they always were. I also see her for allergies. I love this place! I walked into the office in pain, unable to lift my arms after performing strenuous exercise and after one session the inflammation nd pain went down from 10 to 3! By the second day, I was almost back to normal! After the second session, all the pain was gone and I haven’t had the need to go back again! She is amazing, very caring and professional! 100% recommend this place!
