Andrews Institute for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine provides physical exams to high school student athletes every year. Athletic trainers at Andrews Institute help on sidelines, in clinics and in research settings. Here are several ways you can spend just a few minutes each day or week reconnecting more with yourself.
Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is proud to work closely with Andrews Research & Education Foundation (AREF) to advance the science of orthopedic care and sports medicine. Our primary focus is prevention of injuries in youth sports, our community and our active duty military and veterans.
Platelet-rich plasma is blood plasma with concentrated platelets. These platelets include bioactive proteins that initiate connective tissue healing such as bone, tendon and ligament regeneration and repair. PRP can be injected in tendons and ligaments all over the body, which can help with sports injuries and more specific injuries including tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints and many other damaged ligaments and tendons.

Broke shoulder and humerus bone in March and after wasting a lot of time in constant pain with the so called care at two different orthopedic surgeon offices in Panama City went to the Institute

Dr Jordan is incredible and informative. He never makes me feel rushed and he thoroughly explains exactly what is going on with my knee. He listens and allows you to ask questions about exactly what is going on with your body.
The whole staff in his office are caring and willing to help you as well. I was here for a work injury and they helped me a lot during that time. I was given false information by my case manager and Nurse case manager with sedgwick for my work injury and they helped me find the correct information and present that to my employer showing what was actually happening. Dr. Tan is the worst, his bedside manner is horrible and he told me nothing was wrong with me. Therefore, I cried daily and yelled at myself "there is nothing wrong with you, get up, push through, you are not even hurt." I got a 2nd opinion, that doctor found what the MRI (that his office made me believe I had to get it there) and Dr. Tan didn't take the time to find. I would not recommend Dr. Tan to my worst enemy. If you are having back pain go to Dr. Dimick at Santa Rosa Medical Group...

If you need surgery due to a torn rotator cuff or a torn bicep tendon ,I highly recommend Dr Roth and his staff . Dr Roth did an awesome job and his staff dont hesitate to help if you need anything after surgery. Dr Roth did a fantastic job and I now have the use of my arm again without pain. I really appreciate him for being friendly and an awesome doctor. The Rehabilitation staff are also the best at helping you recover and get you back to a normal life thank you to everyone.

I just had foot corrective surgery & Dr. Muralski and his team were amazing. They made me feel at ease and were genuinely kind to me. I was very nervous and they all just acted so natural not up tight or I didn’t feel rushed after when I was in recovery. Joey was my recovery nurse and props to him. So patient! Want to shout out to that whole team, the anesthesiologist and nerve block crew! Awesome job with awesome attitudes!

Saw Dr. Milligan at his office in Baptist Medical Park on 9 mile/University. His staff was wonderful. I went in because of hip pain that I had let go on way too long because I was afraid of the injection. Dr. Milligan did the injection with no pain at all!!! He is a lifesaver! Not only is my pain gone, but I have found that without the pain I am able to get a good nights sleep. He really is my hero!!! Thank you so much!
