I came here a few years back when they first had opened in Natomas, we didn't have a good experience and never went back. Ok, I have to admit I was a bit hesitate to return back to this place. I was a bit leery about the quality and service, but decided to come back and give this place another try.

Let this be the last time that you decide food based off the overall rating. Rosevillians must have only tried the seafood locally to rate it this high. Shrimp over cooked - mooshie, crab could not be cracked and was soft and pokey (felt overcooked). Crawfish was the dirtiest tasting I’ve ever had…..I am mindful that it comes from the ocean but the flavor was the biggest disgrace. It looks like gravy sauce texture and is not appealing. I felt gross after I ate it….had to stop. Also the buckets are really barely any quality and all mussels…..disappointed and left with vicious cravings to

I ordered two crab boil bags flavor cajun heat medium added potatoes and corn on the cobb. The sauce was like the texture of water. It didn't taste cajun like at all. I took my best friend here and she described the flavor as "Chilli powder tasting". My description would be "mild hot sauce soup".
The actual crab was fresh. But the flavor was just not good.
We ordered garlic cajun fries as an appetizer and that was good.

Ordered a lb of crayfish with sausage and potatoes. I made it through 2 before I couldn't eat anymore. Odd metallic taste that tasted like a mix of bad water/bad oil with overcooked/dried out tail...My stomach was in knots afterwards.
Even the potato was tainted in this batch and didn't taste right.
The service was good, and my friends that got cooked dishes enjoyed them, the 2 of us that ordered fresh crayfish were disappointed at best.
I hate sending a dish back and will generally deal it, but it was not the case here. Service was good and they didn't charge for the bad meal but left sad because

This place is the best over south Sacramento Chinese restaurants.
Seeing is believing go and experience the shrinp crab and more.
My favorite is the House rice and salt and pepper shrimp.
Me and my wife drive all the way to Natomas from South Sacramento
To get a better plate.

Average customer service. Quickly seated upon arrival. Was patient when ordering. Food was good..nothing to rant about. Salt and pepper seasoning could of been bolder but that's my personal position. If it come with onions and peppers you would not be able to tell the basket was salt and pepper shrimp. The seasoning was light. The all sauce combo was not great either. They have television places to be seen from any seat and plenty of parking.
