Excellent customer service. Jennifer did my lashes and was phenomenal. Really took her time, and the result was beautiful. And Eric who booked my appointment, was very kind and worked hard to fit me in. Will be returning!

Would highly recommend EMLASH Studio for several reasons. First, I was able to arrange a same day appointment. Second, they are super professional. I was extremely late and they patiently waited on me. When I arrived, he went through my options and allowed me time to select my preference. He never rushed me or had an attitude! I'm fairly a new customer but I've been very pleased both my visits. I visit the Katy location. Jennifer takes her time and my lashes look very natural, just what I asked for. My lashes don’t fall off like they have when I’ve gone to other places instead they last for weeks. I’ve had very good experiences every time!!!

I gave them a star for the receptionist customer service....he was really nice and made me feel welcomed. I can't give anymore stars due to me leaving with my lashes looking the same way they looked when I came in. I have thin lashes due to damage to them over the years BUT that doesn't mean I can't have a full look after lash extensions. I came here today to get my lashes done and was told that my lashes would be full at the end of service....this was a lie. Yes the lash tech did a good job applying the lashes but my lashes look very thin almost as if I have no lashes on....I didn

They are unprofessional. I have a neurological condition where I blink a lot. And I know that makes it harder for them to do my lashes but I tip very well. The techs were talking about me, and the owner/manager didn’t even ask if I wanted to make another appointment. They have asked me in the past. Very obvious they didn’t want me coming back. Show a little compassion.

These folks have the best lashes in town. They are not plastic, they are not mink, they are cashmere! Looks very natural. People sometimes cant Tell I'm wearing extra lashes. Great service and knowledgeable technicians.

The salon is very professional and clean. Manager was very kind and explained everything to me. He upgraded the type eyelashes that he thought would best suit me at no charge, since my lashes were damaged from my prior lashes that were put on at another salon. I was really happy with the service I received and would recommend Emlash to anyone needing a great set of lashes.

Today was my first time getting eyelash extensions ever. After debating for months I finally came here. Excellent customer service! I was seen by Jen. She was very nice and accommodating. She took her time to discuss what I wanted and explained the process, lengths, types etc. I kept falling asleep throughout the process aka I was very comfortable. Always feel so comfortable there. Everyone is very skilled ,professional and treats you like family. My lashes look great always and I never have issues with products they use. Perfect place to get lashes done and meditate at the same time 😇🙌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Jennifer was great! She recommended hybrid lashes based on my natural eyelashes and explained the differences in all the lash types and what would work best for me based on the look I was going for. The lashes are super light weight and natural feeling!

These people do amazing work so 5 stars on their work. I am giving them a 1 star though because they change your appointments without telling you. My advice, call them everyday to make sure your appointment time is still your appointed day.

I am new in Texas and was praying I would find a great lash place! Erik the front desk/manager is fantastic and very knowledgeable about services/products. My lash tech was Tracey and she was great as well. My lashes turned out AMAZING . I will totally be going back to see her very soon!

Absolutely love my lashes. Jan is the Best! I’d just got off the plane from Hawaii and was running late. They called me and still saved my spot I was amazed by the cleanliness of the establishment. The quickness of the lash artist blew my mind. She is the best I’ve ever encountered. I will definitely be returning. My lashes feel Amazing. Since my first time in November, I've been coming back for a refill - 2 weeks and 3 weeks. Once I waited over a month and had to get a full set again. The pricing wasn't so bad. After Jennifer, I had Jen, then Mayra. They're all great, but I've stayed with Mayra. My coworkers loved my lashes so much that they also came here to get theirs done. I got $5 off my visit for each referral, which is a nice perk!

This place is always sparkling clean and has an elegant feel in the lobby. I have been 4x now and have signed up for the membership. They are great about accommodating your schedule. I am a teacher and they have stayed late for me to be able to make an appointment. I am always satisfied with my lashes and all employees are friendly. The manager speaks great English and can answer any questions, comments, or concerns. There was a gap in my lashes after this last time and they corrected it for me free of charge. Super professional and courteous.

This was my first time and I was a little nervous for the end result but I'm so happy I choose them for this!!! Since the moment I walked in I was receive with a good vibe, the place is peaceful and looks great, they asked what is exactly that I want and that was exactly what I got. The technician was very helpful with my question and concerns, she took her time with me - I will definitely recommend this to the girls that wanna look beyond average And the first time visit promotion was something you can't pass!!!!

My lashes were beautiful, I got the flirty style. Service was amazing. Shortly after I realized they were uneven. My left eyelashes were shorter & less voluminous. Actually had my gf point it out to me.

Decor beautiful place 5/5.
I loved the decor and fine lines. This is a new business so it's nice and clean. The lighting fixtures are nice. The restroom is super clean and organized it had things you can clean off your makeup.

I had Jennifer.. she is so sweet. I asked for the flirty and medium length it came out so nice. It's not your typical mink its silk and soft and feathery. It feels like I have nothing on! She took her time and was gentle on not being so rough with the tape and such. I'd come back.. I was falling in and out of sleep but it was quite relaxing

I got my eyelashes done today by Mayra, she was amazing! Not only did she make me feel super comfortable, I could also tell she knew what she was talking about. These are the best looking lashes I've got by far. I have zero complaints! Best customer service from her and everyone else I've talked to.

The place is very nice new and gorgeous. The customer service is wonderful the young girl mayra has very soft hands I fell asleep during the process. I totally recommend mayra for your lashes. Love it!

I love this place!! Both ladies have done my lashes and they are amazing. I normally fall asleep during the service because they are just that gentle! My lashes last 2-4 weeks depending on how much I wash them/get wet. I have the membership, so I find getting them refilled is so worth it monetary wise. Plus, they're so nice to accommodate/ ask about your personal life. These women are amazing.

It was my very first time getting lash extensions and it was a great experience. The lash tech was very informative and friendly walking me through everything she was doing and making sure I was okay. Great price and love the lashes I have!

Candi was my lash tech. She was amazing!!! This was my first time receiving lash extensions. They turned out so beautiful and look so natural. I got the 12mm since my natural lashes are 11mm. I wanted them just a bit longer and fuller. They are beautiful and soft. I will be returning for a refill. The staff was amazing and the place was super clean.

This is my first time wearing lashes. These are called "Glamour" my lashes are 10 millimeters and so we just went up to a 12.

First mistake was showering as soon as I got home. You're supposed to wait 24/48 hours before getting them wet. So I'm praying they don't fall off when I go to bed tonight.

Other than that the techs and owner is extremely polite and well mannered. The place is beautiful.

I can't wait to try all types! And to see it when I put my face on!
