Services
Children are the future of dance. It is through them that the love and disciplines of this art continue. Our classes provide proper training, a proven track record of excellence, and high value for your investment. Our tiniest dancers will develop dance foundations such as coordination, rhythm, and gross motor skills.
At Lynch Dance Institute, we understand the importance of a well-rounded dance education. Through our rich and comprehensive programming, we train the whole dancer- mind, body, and soul. Our facility cultivates intuition and critical thinking, as well as development in artistry. We encourage enrollment in our full curriculum to receive the benefits of a complete and deliberate dance education.
Dancers ages 3-6 years are placed in classes based on their age and age 6 and up by skill level. Placement classes are by reservation, please email registration@lynchdance.com. We offer a ten-month season that follows the school year calendar, running from Late August-June. During the summer months, we offer camps, workshops, and private lessons.
The LDI Trainee Program will provide the power building, fine tuning, and performing experience that the students all need to prepare them for life in the field. PEP will provide more than 20 hours a week of training in Ballet technique, pointe work, variations, contemporary ballet choreography, pas de deux, contemporary and modern dance technique, contemporary partnering, and composition.
A 5 minute drive from the I-15 in Poway will take you to LDI where we offer dance and fitness classes for all ages; a place where everyone can explore the benefits of movement. Come as you are and train with experienced professionals who are passionate about teaching students of all ages and abilities.

Lynch Dance Institute is a safe place for young people to work intelligently, collaborate with their teacher's, and discover their individual strengths as well as acknowledge areas for improvement. My son has a brighter potential future in dance because of the grow he is gaining through his training at LDI.

My daughter has been dancing at Lynch Dance Institute since August 2017. We can't say enough wonderful things about this dance studio.
Tim Lynch, Alex Dickson-Lynch and their faculty are exceptional. In addition to being an incredible training facility for dance, LDI has created a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment that my daughter has thrived in and absolutely loves.
There is a large variety of classes available for all levels and age groups. The students have the opportunity to present & perform their hard work for their family and friends at the annual holiday and summer showcases.

LDI is a wonderful place for our girls! We love it! The teachers genuinely connect with the students and families. My daughter is 16 and is a serious ballet student. After dancing at the same studio for 11 years she left 1 year ago to train at Lynch Dance Institute (LDI) under the direction of Timothy Lynch and Alexandra Dickson (former Pacific Northwest Ballet professionals). The change that I have seen in my dancer is astounding! Not only has she grown tremendously as a dancer, but she has grown as an artist and into a confident young woman.
