I have been in this store couple times, trusted guy. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable price and more than everything he doesn’t cheat . If it’s a minor he doesn’t even charge you and doesn’t do temporary fixes. He recommended you to get a new one if he think the repair won’t stay longer . Definitely trusting shop.

Very professional in his communication and the work he do. If you have computer issues, (hardware & software), this shop is a good place. The guy asked for couple of days to order the broken part replace the fan that bothered me for months. He fixed the hardware without even loging into my computer. He is honest and resonable on service fees. He respect your time and dependable. I drove all the way from Summner to drop and pick my laptop after it was repaired. I am so glad that I did business with them.

My MacBook had some liquid damage and Ephrem was very knowledge and quick to give a diagnosis and total price. He was also very communicative and let me know updates each step of the way. When I went to pick up (earlier than expected too!) he wanted to ensure that everything was working perfectly. Amazing customer service and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

My laptop touchscreen had a big spider crack in it, and they fixed it, and guaranteed the repair for three months. Unlike certain CH repair shop that I went to, SD Computer & Wireless didn't require me to pay for a pointless diagnostic - they took one look and gave me a quote, which they stuck to. Very knowledgeable and capable repair staff. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I went to pickup a Wish Order, which Wish had screwed up. The guy working did a thorough search for it and was very helpful in telling me how to resolve the issue with Wish. That aside, while I was in the store, I was impressed with how well organized the store was and with the variety of services and brands they offer.

Exceptional, efficient, professional repairs carried out rapidly but with care and very high quality. I recently (April 2019) required major repairs to both a brand new Dell XPS 8930 which had suffered liquid spillage damage to the motherboard, power source, and CPU thanks to the very poorly designed placement of the cooling vent on the case's top. The SD Computer techs assessed the damage and obtained and installed new replacement parts within a week and the thing is running like a new machine once more all at a competitively reasonable cost. At the same time, I brought them a somewhat older Dell
