. My water heater burst over the weekend and night time. I needed a repair company to come up to my house and fix the problem asap. After calling several repair businesses and all of them giving me at least 24-48 hours appointments, called Maxx Water Heather Service. Spoke to Ditmitar and explained my situation. He agreed to come up and check my water heater. He made few adjustments and stopped the water from flowing from the water heater. He came back the next day and installed a new one. He was very professional and showed concern about my situation.

Dimitar gave me an honest and reasonable estimate compared to the first company we called (ARS plumbing). We had used the previous company to service the water heater in the past so we thought we would use them. Their estimate ($3600) was more than double what Dimitar quoted me. They were even recommending replacement of the water pressure valve for $1000 !!!. Dimitar came the same day to give me an estimate and replaced the tank ($1550) and water pressure valve (for $375) the next day within a few hours. I will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to others.

6/28/20: Updated service: I had a kitchen faucet issue over the weekend and Dimitar helped resolved it quickly and professionally. Thank you for the prompt service for my family, we now have running water in the kitchen. PS. Water heater is working great!

This guy is very honest and knowledgeable. Two other "service" companies I caled only answer was to replace my whole water heater at a cost of over $1000. Maxx was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and offer a solution. When I do need to replace my system I'm going with Maxx
