Justin replaced my failing water heater with a new one. He was informative, efficient with his time, his work was clean, no mess, installation and piping looks great. Heck he left my garage better than I had it. Justin answered every question I had. I couldn't be happier with Water Heats Only as well as with the professionalism that Justin showed. Justin was great. My water heater broke during the night and was leaking. He came out same day to install a new one. Updated the gas line, water supply, sediment trap, and expansion tank. Looks so much better than the old one. He worked quick and was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! Friday morning after Thanksgiving and water heater died. Called WHO and got scheduled for the next afternoon. John B called to let me know he was on his way, showed up right on time, looked at our old setup and immediately said “no problem”. Even though our old water heater still had water in it. Even though it’s kind of an awkward location. No problem. John was meticulous, obviously knew what he was doing, and explained everything I asked. Totally professional. All done for a fair price, and on a holiday weekend! WHO goes in my list of companies to call, companies to recommend

John B. came over to my residence recently to install a new gas water heater as mine had started to fail. John B. provided me tons of information on what each component does, and I felt very confident in his ability to install the water heater. It was also great to find out that John B. is a Navy Veteran as we were talking during the installation process, as I am as well. Kudos to the company for hiring veterans! The price was well within the quote when I called and asked. Would definitely recommend!

We had our water heater replaced today by Clay, he worked quickly and was friendly. He made sure to get here on time, as opposed to the stereotypical giving a 5-hour window and showing up with twenty minutes to spare, which was great. His conduct made us feel prioritized by this business.
I also learned this company gives used water heaters to a refurbisher who repairs them and sells them for a very low cost down in Mexico to make hot water more readily available. I’d absolutely recommend Water Heaters Only.
