Founder and owner Erik Arnett can trace his San Diego roots back to the 1950's when his grandfather, Joaquin Arnett, pioneered drag racing in San Diego. His club of racers, known as Bean Bandits, were legendary in San Diego and across the nation. Joaquin Arnett was highly respected and celebrated in the racing community and was inducted into the international Car Racing Hall of Fame in 1992.
Founder and Owner Erik Arnett started Arnett's Water Systems in 1993. Erik was - and still is - passionate about the water systems industry. Since then, this family owned and operated business has served the greater San Diego area. It’s so uplifting to find a business where the service is beyond excellent, reliable, and honest. Arnett’s installed our second tankless water heater a couple of years ago and has been taking care of the maintenance on a regular basis. Erik answered my call about a malfunctioning tankless water heater and came to look at it the same day. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of repairing or replacing the unit, and he installed a new unit the next day. Very responsive. Very professional. I would definitely call Arnett's next time we need repair or service.

I am extremely impressed with arnett's plumbing! Starting with my initial phone call, they were very honest and walked me through the options for a new water heater and answered all of my questions. They were super fast at helping me out and taking care of my issue. I called sunday night at about 5pm and they had their crew at my house, with the new water heater at 9:30am the next morning. The technicians where prompt and extremely professional! The work was high quality and they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I feel like the cost for the water heater and installation

Excellent service. My 11 year old tankless water heater died overnight. I called them because I found consistent excellent reviews across different websites. In less than an hour Erik, owner, was in my house to diagnose the situation (new water heater needed). Installers came within 2 hours and did a very professional job removing the old unit and installing the new one. Very pleased and will recommend.

We recently had a sudden leak in our conventional water heater. After googling a few companies and reading reviews, we decided to call Arnett's Water Systems. My husband received a call earlier that same morning from Arnett's explaining and educating him on tankless systems. We decided to update our conventional to the tankless after reviewing the benefits of switching. Not only did we receive excellent customer service, but they also provided same-day installation, as well as the crew cleaning up and removing our old big tank. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy

Eric Arnett, who is the owner, came to my home within an hour after my call for an emergency service for my tankless water heater. He did a quick reset and it worked. Eric said to keep an eye on it and if it acts up again, he can come back to flush the system and also do a software upgrade. He didn't even charge for this initial quick service. After two days, the problem came back. I contacted Arnett's Plumming Water System and scheduled an appointment. The system is 6 years old and never had a service. I didn't know that you are supposed to flush the system yearly. This time it took a few days

I am very glad that I decided to get a tankless water heater from Arnett’s Water Systems. Erik gave me an estimate and explained how the water heater operates. Philip and Anthony removed the old water heater and installed the new one. They were very professional and everything went well. I've 2 different companies come and pretend to look at my Tankless water heater and try to rip me off. The Arnett experience was. Erik and Team were great, On Time, On Schedule, Professional and Honest. . . Looked at the old tankless, provided options and made a professional recommendation.
We moved forward with replacement of the unit and installing a softener as well.

Arnett's installed my Noritz water heater in 2009, and I haven't thought about it since - until today, when I turned on the hot water and nothing came out. I called Eric, and he was at my house (on a Saturday!) by mid-morning.
He made some adjustments, fixed the problem, showed me how to fix it myself next time, and didn't charge me for the visit. That is exceptional service.
I'd definitely recommend Arnett's to anyone who wants a tankless hot water heater.

This is the 2nd time we have hired Arnett's for our home water related needs. Arnett's installed our tankless water heater back in 2009, and we had them replace a 20-yr old water softener which had been out of service for quite some time. Erik the owner showed up with a mask on. He was very knowledgeable in the Noritz tankless heater. I called two different companies before him and they wanted $$$$ to replace it and Erik fixed the problem within minutes! No need to replace so he saved me a lot of money!! I would definitely call him and his company again because I know he is honest and not just looking to make money like the other companies out there.

Mark did an excellent job with our replacement Noritz tankless water heater. The previous model worked perfectly for 10 years but finally pooped out. While replacing the water heater Mark noticed that the vent was improperly installed. He fixed that too and recaulked everything so that it wouldn't leak from the roof. He also installed a recirculating pump so that hot water would instantly flow from the back bathroom.
He was efficient, organized and neat - A REAL PROFESSIONAL.

We'd been suffering a long malfunctioning water softener. I was having a difficult time finding somebody to come look at it. When I called Erik he told me that softeners don't really need service, but I explained to him the issue (losing resin) and he said he'd come take a look for me. Was shopping for a commercial-grade tankless water heater to replace an existing A.O. Smith Cyclone. Upon yelp reviews I decided to call a few local plumbers, and Eric was the most responsive and attentive. Eric took the effort to come check out our situation the same day we called. On that same day he even drove back to his yard to haul over his portable-hotwater-on-demand trailer system. Which provided us backup for hotwater and to keep the business going!!! This trailer was legit, the tankless heaters and piping setup is what every water-heater-geek would dream about.
