Meredith Kosann, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist who practices medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Dr. Kosann is known for her compassionate and thorough care for patients. The board-certified dermatologists at Skinfocused Dermatology believe that maintaining skin health is a priority. I saw Dr. Alyson Levine for cosmetic work. I thought her work was very average and quite expensive. Honestly, you can get the same done in NYC for a 1/3 of the price. Again however, it was the quality that concerned me.
I looked her up and noticed she did her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. This does not make any lists of "best dermatology residencies," that I could find.

This was my first time going to see Dr. Kosann, after choosing her from a list of covered dermatologists, and I am so glad I chose her! The waiting room is bright, the patient rooms are nice, the staff is incredibly friendly, and you are not kept waiting a long time like with many experiences I've had in the past. Dr. Kosann was immediately warm and professional. She carefully listened to all my question and concerns, and explained everything so that I understood thoroughly.
