At Landmark Medical Center, we have a mission to help our residents reach their maximum level of potential and function. It is our hope and goal that the individuals we discharge will be well prepared to function in a less restrictive environment. We work with multidisciplinary teams, which include residents and their families.
We also work in association with the assistance of a peer advocate who assists the facility and the county in the preparation of resident's re-entry into the community. Our discharge planning process includes linkage with the step-down programs or case management agencies who will be working with the resident after discharge.

We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events.

Landmark Medical is licensed by the State of California Department of Health Care Services as a "Special Treatment Center for the Mentally Disordered." We are prepared to help both individuals and families navigate through this challenging but hopeful process of health and change and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about admissions.
You will have an initial assessment with a licensed mental health professional, and if hospitalization is indicated we will assist you through the admission process. You will meet with nursing staff who will ask a few more questions to ensure your safety and comfort as well as orient you to the patient care unit and answer any questions that you may have.

I just called this place a man named Ryan answered and was very nice but we unfortunately had bad phone reception so I said I would call back. So I did so and this time a rude unprofessional woman answered the phone rushing me off the phone said they are busy call back Monday through Friday and hung up even though the business was still open.
