As a licensed therapist, I see my role as one in which I act as a guide for clients desiring to create an emotional, physical and spiritual balance in their lives. My therapy practice takes a holistic approach, always considerating each person's values, cultural identity, strengths, and life experiences.
Individual counseling offers one-on-one attention to explore what is and isn't working well in your life and to identify more effective coping skills, healthier ways of relating to others, and better ways to take care of yourself. Couples therapy is an opportunity to readjust your relationship to better meet each of your needs.
We are a vibrant and growing company looking for professionals who share our vision, passion and energy for helping others. Norina Murphy, LCSW is a true professional. Her wealth of knowledge and experience are impressive! She has a positive and relaxed personality, which makes working with her enjoyable. Norina is one of those people who can touch your heart and change your world in one session especially when you're open, willing, and ready for guidance on opening locked doors. She's kind, compassionate, and an incredible listener; all that you would want in a therapist. One thing that was surprising to me during our session was not only was she personable, but she was extremely professional which made me trust her guidance even more.

Norina is a wonderful therapist. She has a calm, kind, welcoming energy, that makes anyone in her presence feel safe and comfortable. As a therapist she is ethical, professional, empathetic, resourceful and compassionate. She is an advocate for children, families, couples, and individuals, as she works diligently to help her clients find peace, resolution, and strength in their own power. Horrible experience and then she just quit because she stated she could not be unbiased. The issue being that she was not properly updated with the insurance and after several emails I had to record the conversation with the insurance to prove to her the issue was on her end. She admitted that the problem was no fault of ours but still took her frustration out on my daughter and quit. Would never recommend her to anyone since she seemingly cannot control herself in a business setting and separate business from her patient.
