I am a technologically impaired senior who is was very satisfied and appreciative to receive the great service I got with Chris and Jackson. I had gotten hacked and they cleaned out a laptop, evaluated my old phone and set me up with a new iPhone, all for a fair and reasonable price.

Great service, will definitely go back if I ever have a problem with the computer that needs fixing.
When I got a new computer and monitor set up, the computer wouldn't display anything to the monitor, so I brought it down and asked if they could do a diagnostic check, and they were able to figure out the problem and get it fixed during the time of the diagnostic, so they got that fixed without any extra payments needed.
Once I got it home and plugged it back into the monitor, it came back up as "No Signal" So I called them and they said that they'd take another look, this time at the entire

While on vacation in Florida, my Sony Viao laptop was overheating and became difficult to turn on and off. Thinking that the problem was a faulty on/off switch, I took the laptop to a nearby computer repair shop which reported after 2 days that the machine was very unstable, that I should get all important files off the computer (if I could) and should look for a new computer.
I lugged the laptop back to Northampton and brought it to Northampton Computer Repair, which had helped me out before. Chis took the machine in and gave me an estimated cost , which was dependent upon the amount of time
