All accessible areas, systems, and components will be inspected according to the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice. Full evaluation of foundation forms, structural steel components, below grade plumbing and electrical conduit. Report of findings provided. Full evaluation of framing, exterior sheathing - electrical wiring, plumbing supply and drains.
Our home inspections adhere to and exceed the mandatory TREC Standards of Practice, as well as the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Standards of Practice. Our inspectors will inspect your home thoroughly, using the latest tools, technologies, and criteria available. We are licensed & certified to inspect pools, spas, sprinkler systems, septic systems, water wells, and perform WDI (termite) inspections.

This company was great for our new home inspection. They stayed in contact with me over a couple of days while it was hard to get a hold of the builder to get into the house. They kept their schedule clear for us until they could get in. They called to discuss the report with me, emailed the report very quickly (same day) and called to follow up. Great company!

I don’t normally write reviews, truth is it’s harder and harder to find honest great companies. Doing a search I came across this one and I have to say I definitely see why they have such great reviews. Kyle inspected the home we put an offer on and he was not only very thorough and answer every question with detail to make sure we understood. He even went out of his way to help me take a measurement for a fence. This is real customer service, then to top it off Stacy in the office was a delight and extremely helpful and willing to help in any way she could. I have to say I wish more companies
