Services
A typical home inspection takes 2 to 3 hours. On occasions, when the home is older, in poor condition, has septic and pool included, or is a larger home the inspection could take longer. We send you an email link after the inspection has been scheduled to confirm the inspection. With this email there is a link to our secured online credit card payment system.
A home inspection is an objective visual non-destructive examination of the systems and structure of a home, from the roof to the foundation. The inspector typically spends 3 to 5 hours performing a thorough, visual, functional and operational inspection of the many mechanical and structural components of the home.
A Pre-Listing Inspection is a good investment for the home sellers. We provide the same thorough inspection and written report with digital photos as we do for a buyer's inspection, helping you to see your house through the buyer's eyes. No wondering if you will need to re-negotiate with the buyer because something has come back that you didn't know was wrong with your home.
A New Home Warranty Inspection is an inspection performed prior to your 1-year builder home warranty expiring, normally preformed during your 11 month. If you never had a new construction inspection prior to move in, there may be many errors made by your builder that are still undetected. That's where we come in.

We called several inspectors for our new home and was instantly drawn to Jeff. I'm not sure if he owns this business but the care and commitment he made to inspecting our home was second to none. His work was thorough, timely, and we had a report in a matter of minutes. Every single person who reviewed the report said, "this guy is good" (even the sellers agent). Jeff is truly one of a kind! When I first started doing research to get a home inspection, so many websites popped up. As I read through all the reviews, none stood out like Jeff’s reviews. Jeff was very professional and polite throughout the whole process. He inspected my new home build prior to me closing to ensure the home was built correctly. I've done plenty of home inspections for warranty or home purchase and he has been by far the best inspector yet. His report was very detailed with pictures and videos to thoroughly show all the discrepancies and recommendations backed by the build standards. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Jeff was amazing! He is always extremely responsive and completed our inspection in a timely manner. He fantastic job of explaining each issues, large or small, in terms that is normal people can understand. It was an amazing experience for my husband and I to use his company. American Integrity Home Inspections was highly recommended to us when we were looking to buy a new home. Jeff did two inspections for us. He was thorough and spent plenty of time walking us through the report and answering questions. Pricing is fair. The online booking process was very easy to use and once booked we were contacted shortly after with additional details. Final reports were easy to review and came with helpful links on how repairs should be done. I would definitely use Jeff again and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home.

Jeff is a joy to work with on home inspections. This is the second time I have used Jeff in the Southern DFW area. Jeff conducted the home inspection for our first home this past week. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Very quick in turn around time/appointment setting, and detailed on the report he provided. He also gave us resources and did a good job on educating us on some things as first time home buyers.
