I been going to them for 5 years. They are very professional and family oriented. Never had any problems 👌

They are a great family run business. My 3yr old has special needs and was referred there for his glasses. They were so accommodating and patient, I brought my husband and 2 other children. They have a wide selection of frames and if you don't have insurance they are very affordable.

My daughter Kinzee loves going to see Mr. Ken. He fixed her glasses that I thought were beyond repair.

Very nice frames to choose from! They have Guess, Rafaella, BeBe, Haggar, and Richard Taylor's frames!!

Not sure what happened to my glasses. Definitely not the prescription needed , the transition lense doesn’t even work. They have one doctor who’s been out for weeks now . I’m having to go without glasses until he’s back. Recommend go with a bigger company with more accessible doctors .

Our family and extended family have been customers for over a decade even though we live an hour away. You just can't beat the personal service or the prices. If I could give more than five stars I would.
I’m adding to this review 2 years later. No change - the service continues to be extraordinary. Many interactions in our family’s needs for contact lenses and glasses and we are always well taken care of. The contact lens company made a mistake on my order and Ken figured it out and got the right ones to me immediately. I could give more examples too.

Had a great experience at Ken's optical! Ken has a great selection for the kids, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. Would recommend anyone who needs glasses to visit Ken's optical.

I have never had a better experience! Before switching to Ken’s I was taking my daughter who is 4 to Orange Park Eye Center. Turns out they have been charging me for things that I should have never been charged for because of her being so young and her prescription including it. Long story short they saved me money and I was able to get 3 pair of nice glasses for the price of 1 pair at the other place. And the staff were so friendly and helpful we were treated like family!
