They are very helpful when my son had a appointment today. I needed to set appointment for my husband he hasn't had his eyes checked in 15yrs and he is only doing it for our son and he wanted it at the same place so they keep all the records there. They are all nice working people!!! Keep doing your job so great guys.

Than Heidi and the doctor was really nice ,professional, very helpful and respectful. Preceeders I've never got done before. I like my new contacts, they feel good, see clearly and easy to put in. Im definitely going back again.

I must say that my experience with the new eye doctor has been very pleasant and I have no complaints about the job they all did. I will be using them for now on. No other one can come close to the care and compassion u get from the time u get there till u leave. Again thank you for your help. U will be highly recommended from me.

My son and myself had our first visit today. The staff is very warm and welcoming. All the staff and Dr. Bower was thorough and detailed with the whole process. Picking out our frames wasn't rushed and the lady that assisted us was very helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied that we switched to this place!

First time having an eye exam at the office and had a spectacular experience. I would highly recommend, especially for newcomers. I needed to purchase glasses to meet my vision needs, and I had a great employee help me walk through the process and pick some out with me. The doctor was extremely nice and reassuring for all of my questions and recommended appropriate and highly approved eye drops and allergy medication to consider. They figured out all of my insurance with no hassle and helped me settle on the right frames for me. I have 7 to 10 days to wait until my glasses will be ready for pickup

I love to go to Napoleon Family Vision. The staff is all so friendly. Dr Bostleman does a great job determining my prescription, and afterward the fun begins. They have so many glasses to choose from—it’s hard to make up my mind. There is definitely something for everyone, from conservative to a little wild. I lean toward the glasses that stand out a little. She doesn’t rush me. She lets me try what seems like a zillion pairs of glasses, and then helps me narrow it down.
