I was about to go on a 10+ hour drive for the holidays when my windshield was hit by a rock the day before, to the point where the glass completely spidered out from the passenger to the driver side. I called over to multiple auto-glass repair shops that stated they did “same-day service”, but yet no one would get me in on the same day. I was referred to Charleston Auto Glass, and sure enough, I not only was able to get the last appointment of the day, but I also was in and out of their shop in under 20 minutes. My windshield was flawless and I was able to get on the road for my drive the next

Charleston Auto Glass was amazing at replacing my Jeep Wranglers windshield. I was about to go on a road trip when my windshield took a major crack. Safelite was my usual go-to but they were booked out for weeks. Charleston auto glass got me in right away and were very quick at replacing it too! Very friendly people. P

Very professional, quick, and just overall a great experience! I was given multiple courtesy calls when they were in route and upon arrival. Very nice, professional, and on point. The owner walked down to my job as we were close to the business, picked up my car. He brought back my vehicle repaired, reinstalled all of the cameras a hour later. I will 100% use them if needed in the future and will highly recommend to anyone.

Called Charleston Auto Glass after looking through a cracked windshield for over a year. After calling around a couple other places I called John back and set up the appointment. Their mobile service price was even better than others service center price and they were able to come out the next day.
Tony called on his way and arrived within a few minutes. The work was done in under an hour and looked great. The do's and don'ts instruction sheet that came with the paperwork was easy to understand and you can't do better than a lifetime warranty.

My windshield cracked during our last winter storm. Although the office was closed Friday due to the poor weather, they called me back on Sunday when they're usually closed. They made sure I was taken care of, and had their mobile crew replace my windshield at my office while I continued working. I only spent maybe 5 minutes with the gentleman who did the work. He was friendly and professional, and very quick. He had the windshield replaced in about 40 minutes and competently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business.

I cracked my Windshield on my Jeep Wrangler on a Sunday morning (taking mounding back to Lowes). DANGIT! I was SO happy when my insurance sent Charleston Auto Glass to my house to fix it!! I've only heard good things about them. And now I can say - IT'S TRUE! Don and Jason greeted me. Nice guys. Very professional. I felt like my baby was in good hands and that they were pros. In and out and done very quickly.

I used this company after getting a recommendation through the third-party administrator affiliated with my insurance company. I spoke to the owner when making the arrangements for my mobile repair, and he was very gracious and kind, arranging for my repair the very next day, telling me what to expect when the technicians arrived.
On the day of my repair, two young men showed up, and they were amazing -- also very kind, helpful, and gracious, and they worked fast! They explained to me the usual restrictions in place after a windshield replacement, answering all my questions with a smile.

After receiving bad service from another "big box" glass repair business resulting in a tiny chip cracking out (advice that they advertise against btw, tech blew cold AC directly on a hot windshield instead of telling us in advance to keep it in the shade), I decided I needed to take my business elsewhere for the now needed window replacement.
