Services
Nick has been involved in the Auto Glass industry for a little over 30 years. It all started in 1990, when he got his first chance to work in a real Auto Glass Shop. Russ Maskie, the owner of Charleston Auto Glass took a chance on Nick and taught him the ropes. Commitment, discipline, confidence and attitude were qualities attained by Nick at that glass shop.
Our customers should be aware of inclimate weather and how rainy and windy conditions can effect a successful install of your auto glass. If the day you are scheduled to be serviced where rain is in the forecast, a rain date will have to be scheduled for liability and safety reasons. In most cases we will try to schedule for the weekend.

I had the best experience with this shop for replacing my busted 1/4 glass window. Jessica was super responsive, helpful from the beginning, and kept me posted on the eta of the glass that had to be ordered from the dealer. Ray did a fantastic job making it look like new. Can't recommend highly enough if you find yourself in need of this type of service.

I found Nick's and Cracks on a google search for an auto glass company in the low country. My first call to this company Jessica answered the phone on the second ring. The joy of talking to a real person is real for me in a world that seems everything is automated. They did a great job replacing my windshield. Showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They even were accommodating when I needed to change the location with no questions asked.
