My loan officer, Rasy, was great. I met her sometime ago and casually mentioned that if rates dropped, I'd appreciate a call. Six months later, she did call. I was able to save $150 on my monthly mortgage and she's walked me through the entire refinance process. She was always available to answer questions, even when I asked the same questions several times. I felt like she had my best interest at heart and the loan process was very smooth.
