My husband and I were contemplating whether or not to do a reverse mortgage. After meeting Miss Lauren Boland of Long Beach Reverse Mortgage, she made the process so easy, so uncomplicated, it was a no brainer! Especially since my husband retired and I am semi retired, we now have the luxury of traveling, remodeling our home, paid off all our debts and not being financially stressed. Lauren has been so great to work with! She helped me purchase my first home in 2014. She was so knowledgeable and worked to get the best loan and closing costs for me. She was even proactive in contacting me when it was a good time to refinance to drop my monthly payments. I just got done refinancing my home working with her last month. My interest rate dropped and my payments are less. I would definitely recommend Lauren and LBL Mortgage!

Lauren handled our primary loan and later the refinance of our house. The service was top notch. Lauren and her staff kept us informed at every turn and helped us handle so many of the details that can make getting loan approval so difficult. When I go to refi, I want the best rate. Period. Customer service is secondary. But Lauren and her staff get 5 stars. Stellar customer service and the best rate. No funny games, no bait & switch. Fast turnaround, and even sent the notary to my house to complete all the paper work! Fantastic. I will certainly use Lauren for my future mortgage loans.
