The staff was so rude today that I will not be returning to this place again. I waited my turn in line. When it was my turn, the lady behind the register told me, you have a drop off package, you can just hand it to me. When I explained that I needed a receipt because it was an Amazon return, she ignored me, left me standing there right in front of her holding my package and started helping other customers. I waited patiently for her to get back to me and scan my package, which would take seconds. Several minutes later, I could see that she was going to go on like this....not helping me, so I left

I can't say enough good about this place! They are efficient and friendly. Since we're snowbirds and spend a little time in the Pacific NW, we needed a box for mail delivery. This place is fantastic. They call when something important arrives to let me know and always have smiling faces when I stop to pick it up. Plus, they'll even forward mail to me no matter where we are. What started out as one summer's place for mail is turning into a forever place. Our experience couldn't be better!

I stopped by on 01/03/2017 to ship some awkwardly shaped things to Alabama, during one of their busiest days. One of the ladies helped so much, she had to make a custom box for my things in order to get them to ship (they were rather over sized). She was happy to solve that problem and get it all shipped off for me, even with a line of about 8 people behind me. Such a huge relief to be able to bring my stuff and have them help me get it to where it needed to go.
