Great place for all of your Metric cycles , side by sides ECT Troy and Chris behind the parts counter know their stuff . They aren't to much with working on American Bikes . I but my tires there for mt Harley Street glide but they charge out the waaazoo to install on a Harley .

On the road for 9 hours and got a flat tire. They closed in 5 min and I was 15 min away. They stayed late to change the tire…everyone was super nice and went out of their way to help us.

If you go here to buy something then get Hal. He’s a funny and spirited guy and will help you out. When I was doing paperwork and I saw there were cost issues they fixed it immediately and got me on my new bike quick. Quick, seamless and they don’t try to pitch any BS services on you. Overall great experience!

Without fail, if you mention to a mechanic that you have a 1970s motorbike, they will turn your back on you mid-sentence.
But at least the front of house here is amicable.

After Rock Hill Powersports tried to rip me off with crazy fees, I did a quick search on Kawasaki’s website to see if anyone else had it, and Great Western had it. They were up front about their fees before I rode an hour up there and when it came time to do my trade, it was exactly as they said and gave me a very fair price for my trade in. I was able to get an ABS model from them at $2,000 lower than Rock Hill quoted me for a lesser model. Thank you for the great motorcycle

Brought 2 of our 4wheelers and 1 side by side up here for service. All of the work was performed within a timely manner and done correctly the First Time. It was well worth the 45 minute drive, our local shop (5 minutes away) was nothing but problem after problem. I would bring a machine to our local shop for simple service work or minor repairs, and the machine would come back with some "new issue". Stuff like that pisses you off after spending quite a bit of money for the initial repair. So again, quality service matters, that's why the 45 minute drive was doable.

Awesome group of people to work with. Will go out of their way to make sure that your taken care of completely. the sales manager Jon and GM Brandon are great people that will do whatever they can to help. Service department as well as parts have always been great as well. I would not go anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely wonderful experience at great western.. Kenny and Alex are amazing! Kenny handled getting me financed in a VERY timely manner, and Alex was my sales rep. They both understood what I was looking for and they both went above and beyond to make sure I had every question answered and that there was nothing to be interpreted. I honestly did not think buying a bike could be as smooth as my experience at great western.
