Sherry Ehya, the founder of Hideout and mother of three young children, got her degree in Fine Arts and Photography.
Yes, there is a $200 non-refundable deposit in order to secure your reservation. Please note a service charge/ gratuity will be applied to all party packages depending on the party package you choose. Outside food and drinks can be consumed in our upper-level lounge area. In order for us to keep Hideout as clean as possible, we request to avoid sticky foods such as cotton candy, ice cream, gum, etc.

Was a guest at a birthday party thrown here today. This place was absolutely wonderful. The owner who worked the party was nice, helpful, and really assisted everyone there. The play space was great for the kids and everyone looked like they had a great time. The party had such a nice and natural progression through the activities, play, and cupcakes. Highly recommend this for a kid's party or event. Had a great time today! Thank you!!!

I called 3 times to see if they were open during COVID and they did not answer. I pulled up and they have someone inside playing with their kid, and they said they are not open after driving 30 min to get there. They did not apologize and continued to play with their kid. They had no indications on their website, their google page, their yelp page, their door or anywhere that they were closed.

We had a lovely birthday party for our daughter (approximately 25-30 kids in attendance), and the Hideout owners are wonderful. They are very attentive and helpful in addressing and attending to all the party needs, and made our event seamless, entertaining and happy for all - kids and parents! We love to play here regularly, too. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children, both as a fun, engaging playplace and party venue. Thank you Hideout! :)

Thank you Kulzum for an amazing birthday party for my two year old daughter! Everyone loved it...small and big kids! Lots of fun for the kids, and nice for adult friends to catch up while little ones play safe and wild! It was a big success and so worth it! The women who runs this place is awesome. Very friendly. It's such a cute place for the kids to go and play. Great for younger children! Plus she recommend me a donut place across the way and they were fantastic! I had 2 very happy children that day. Great for board kids during the summer. Look for a Groupon if you want a deal!

My daughters love going to the Hideout. It is a very family-like environment. It’s basically like renting a preschool where I can watch them play, interact with other children, and do some crafts, all while I get some work done in the adjoining sitting area with WiFi.The monthly fees are very reasonable. I would recommend.

I visited this place with my two sons on August 13, 2019. The owner was pleasant enough. When we went into the play area it was obvious that all of the toys were very old and looked slightly dirty, I just brushed it off as the toys just looked old. There were many other kids playing and both my boys were having a blast.
Fast forward to one week later and both of my boys have been diagnosed with hand foot, and mouth disease. They haven't played on any other public spaces or been around anyone infected. I'm almost positive they contracted this disease while playing here. We will

This is perfect for younger kids who you don't want to take to a larger play place. You can stay nearby, but let them have a little freedom. Legos, music, dress up & playground. The parents area is nice & relaxing too. We often stop at Lamppost pizza across the lot so the kids can stop for a few bites to eat. It's perfect for babies, toddlers, preschoolers or younger elementary school. It's more quiet than the bigger playgrounds too.

What can I say otherwise about our kids home away from home? - But just that! Hideout is like a second home and I can't give much of a better compliment than that. Our kids love going to hideout to see all their friends and play and never seem to tire of this awesome play place.
We became members nearly a year ago and have never regretted our decision. First off becoming a member is a steal - what a great deal - money happily spent and monthly movie / pizza nights included ! Secondly we have made so many friends ( kids and adults) and the good times never seem to end. We adore the owners

I wish I could give no star. This place used to be good until the new owner took over, now it's dirty, unorganized, and worst of all horrible customer service, not by staff but the owner. Rude, short and very unprofessional. He shouted at my wife when she raised hygiene concerns about place (bathroom smelled bad) in front of my kids and traumatized my son when my wife was in tears. Avoid them by all means.

I took my two grandchildren here yesterday. They are one and two years old. I won't be returning. This place is not clean. There was only about six other children that were not watched as they tried to run my granddaughters over with tricycles (over the age of 6) not allow them to go down the slide and take toys. The two moms of these kid and the owner sat in a room and chatted didn't bother to watch their children. I informed the owner we would not be returning. No apology from her. Didn't care. Saplings in Simi Valley is clean and very well taken care of!! Only 10 dollars.

Great experience from start to finish on hosting our daughters' combined birthday party at the Hideout this past weekend.
The staff is not only friendly, they actually helped with set up, serving the ice cream (we did an build-your-own ice cream party), and cleaning up.
We changed the guest count multiple times and they never acted bothered at all, they were totally happy to accommodate.
The kids all had a blast and there were activities for all ages to enjoy.
Highly recommend for young kids birthday parties!

We go to the hideout as much as we can. The new owners are amazing; they are so accommodating and they go out of their way to make your experience wonderful! The facility is super clean, and there is so much to do there. And thank god they don't have any bouncy houses! Their party packages are an amazing deal. Give them a try, your child won't regret it!

This place is amazing! My son used to come here and now I bring my daughter who is 2 and she loves it, too!Friendly staff and very clean. We usually have either play dates or meet new friends. Last week we were here for science day and my kids loved it. They do many free weekly activities and we try to come on those days! My son also had his 5th birthday there couple years ago and we got the package where they provide everything and Sherry did all the planning and decorations which everyone loved!

The Hideout is a unique play place because of its loft structures (one is a house) and nice layout with lots of play equipment. They've removed things like the trampoline but they still have a lot of fun things like a train table, a stage with plenty of interesting instruments, a little vanity with girly accessories and a very cute art area with lots of supplies and a chalk wall. There's also very comfortable lounge for parents and picnic tables to eat at. The weekend hours are short and are sometimes closed for private parties but during the week they're open until 6 p.m. It's a clean beautiful

The Hideout is an adorable indoor children's play space. While it is not big, there are designated areas for pretend play, reading, a stage with a instruments, and a climbing structure.
I would definitely say this is a space for smaller children. In my opinion it is designed for toddlers. 3 and up should go to Kids Space.

Great indoor place. We can spend hours with our 2 little kids 4.5 and 2.5 years old playing there. They have plenty of areas to kip them busy. It’s one of my favorite places in TO. You do not have to worry about the weather, the kids can run, crawl, climb, play and discover. It’s a very safe and exciting indoor playground and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a great place to have playdates or birthday parties.

The Hideout is the BEST Indoor Playground for children. I have a 15 month old boy and I have been to all indoor gyms in the area. The variety of musical instruments, girls and boy's toys, from dress up to cars and scooters, a custom built kitchen and playhouse to slides and climbing wall and trampoline. The place is great for a kid's imagination and parents relaxation as well as play. The ambiance is beautiful, clean and modern and there are couches, kids storybooks, high chairs and you can bring your lunch! We have an unlimited membership and their packages are unbeatable. I love meeting friends

New indoor play place in Pavillions shopping center. It's was a MADHOUSE at their Grand Opening today! But it looks to be a great new spin on a kids play place. We will defiantly go back. They had big kid slides, pillow room, infant secluded area, chalk boards, art zone, instrument room (drum set, guitars), a dress up area, fun little wall activities under play structure, train table, and a lounge for parents.
