Location on Blossom Hill near Cottle Road is not the best. Take out service was really slow. Restaurant seems to put takeout orders behind the eat in orders, even though the takeout orders are placed first. Caters more to eat in and especially the bar. Will likely go to other burrito factory locations or other Mexican food businesses in the future.
Food quality was good, but not exceptional enough for me to return and wait again.

The breakfast burritos were a great buy, $9 and you get a large portion, the line was quick and the service was fast and friendly. I personally enjoy Burrito Factory for breakfast as opposed to Bills cafe across the street.

Wanted a quick and easy meal and Burrito Factory is right by my house, so thought I'd give it a try! I got the Gorditas and Regular Shredded Chicken Burrito. Both were so delicious, hot, and made fresh!
Only critique was that the regular burrito was quite small from what I'm used to from a taco shop. Still filling and had lots of meat, just wished it was slightlyyyyyy larger for the price.
Definitely a great taco shop spot! Excited to try more next time I'm there!

When i came here, i ordered a super burrito and a large horchata. When i came into work and sat down and ate my food, it tasted really good, and the horchata tasted sweet, not powdery. However after eating it, my tummy started to hurt, to the point i started throwing up. it was definitely something in the burrito that made me feel nauseous. I always come here but nothing like this ever happened to me.

Never again, Burrito Factory. I popped in while getting my car worked on close by and opted for a bacon breakfast burrito and Mexican hot chocolate. What could go wrong? A lot, apparently. After waiting for 15 plus minutes, my burrito was ready. The second I began peeling back the foil, the strangest smell forced it's way into my nostrils. I tried to ignore it as I was hungry. I could barely chew my first (and only) bite while the obnoxious odor seeping from my breakfast only became stronger. The smell was reminiscent of old socks. Had good experience in the past at this location and other borrito factory locations. But on this date the staff completely got my order wrong and told me there was nothing they can do.
So take home message is check your order carefully if this the only place open to eat and u got eat.
One star for bad service. Hope management can look into this.

This place needs help bad. Staff are all very moody. The guy at the front looks like he's always fighting because he had a busted nose once then a black eye on another time. He's pretty rude and the girls in the back pretty much give you mean looks from the moment you walk in. They watch you eat making faces and laughing. It made me not want to

Tragic when you give a burrito a one but if I could give no stars I would. I got sick from their grilled chicken burrito, it didn't taste like chucked.... in allergic to pork so I hope I was given that but it was tough, chewy and dry and chicken that's grilled is dry yes but meaty not chewy.
I will hit be going back, first off it's super hard to park and they are located near a super busy auto shop which takes up all the parking and the street parking is almost non existent. Then you go in and order they are nice but the food is a 1 at best. Super dissatisfied will not return nor

Came here to grab a burrito on my way to work. Ordered a carnitas burrito from the rude dude at the register.
The burrito was pretty big and I was excited. Except there was hardly any carnitas in it. It was mostly runny, flavorless beans and bland, stale rice. The "carnitas" had absolutely zero flavor. I actually couldn't tell when I was eating the different parts of the burrito as it was all just the same bland boring flavor. Won't be returning.

2 stars for Value: I guess even the taquerias are cutting back. The meat portion of the to-go box used to be filled from end to end and piled moderately high. Now, u barely get half what they used to serve and it's the same price. Guess I'll need to find a new taqueria. Did they think we wouldn't notice?

This location has been here for YEARS! From what I remember, their burritos were top notch! Fast forward at least 8 years later...Can I say the they've upheld their burrito BOMB-ness? Let me kick this off!

My girLs and I made a random stop here because we were craving for some Mexican food after a bit of drinking. We puLLed up to an empty restaurant with just one other tabLe being occupied. We were immediateLy greeted and we grabbed a few menu's to Look over what they were offering.
