I sent in my child's paperwork on October 29th. I called on November 2nd to verify they had received it. The person who answered the phone said that they did have the paper work and they would call me when they reviewed it. It is November 17th. I have not heard a word or received an email. If there is some sort of priority ranking system for patient's or parents requesting service you should disclose this information and explain it to your potential clients. It is completely inappropriate to not explain how you run your intake process. At least maybe people wouldn't feel ignored.

This is a great office. There has been a lot of positive change. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Everyone here is welcoming and nice. I would and will bring any family member here knowing they would get great treatment. Lindsay is the nicest person, Dr. Garcia came and introduced himself and chatted. Roz, is knowledgeable and is always helpful. Blanca the HR manager is always on hand when you need something.. I just can’t say enough about this office

This has been an extremely frustrating experience for my son and I. They cancel appointments with very little notice, do not refill medications on a timely basis, change his therapist without notice , do not return phone calls and there is always someone different working there each time. I expressed my concerns in a letter and instead of receiving a phone call to rectify the situation, I got a message today that they are canceling my son's appointment next week and will no longer be prescribing him his medication. As a health care provider myself, I find this unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible place! I wouldn’t take my dog near these people. Unsafe practices and fraudulent. WARNING ⛔️ STAY AWAY!

Don’t care for the office staff. They’re rude over the phone and in person they look at you like you’re not even suppose to be here. They have a ring doorbell you can’t get inside without them opening it and you can clearly see people sitting inside but they don’t even acknowledge that you’re standing there. I liked jasmine she was always polite I never see her here anymore though.
Our therapist and psychiatrist are both great.

Please do not bring your child here. I had a horrible experience with this place. This turnover rate for their therapist is ridiculous. My daughter has had three different therapists since we started service with them at the end of last year. Clearly the communication between the therapists is terrible. I would speak with supervisor, Lindsay, who absolutely no help at all. Please do not waste your time here. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE to have more stable services. I just want what’s best for my child and after my experience here there is no way I could ever return or recommend this facility.

I had a horrible experience with this office. I was a potential patient as early as mid April this year, and they said they would call me back early May to schedule something for mid May. I had to call them May 13th because they hadn’t called me back at all, nothing at all, then they say that they “changed things up” and that they didn’t know what I was talking about, then demanded to know who I spoke to even though she never gave me a name. Then they say to fill out the paperwork on my computer, email it to them, and then they will set up an assessment for me. So, I filled out the paperwork

I should have known by how terrible my initial experience was in just getting an appointment scheduled, how the overall outcome would be. It took me three separate attempts over a month. I kept giving time only to learn nothing was progressing on their end.
I decided to do the full evaluation they offer which required a lot of my and my daughter’s time as well as was very costly. They also suggested we run a lot of bloodwork and in the the end this all mostly ruled out drug use and ADHD (which my 17 year old daughter never had signs of to begin with) which apparently points to Bipolar as a diagnosis

The level of incompetence in this office is staggering. In December of 2020, my daughter was seen by Artemio Garcia for a psychological evaluation and a medication consult with NP Catherine. A series of serious mistakes were made during our very short time my daughter was a patient there. During our medication consult, the NP reported lab results and at her recommendation we made an appointment with our PCP. It wasn't until we asked for a hard copy of the results that our PCP made the discovery that the labs reported to us, did not belong to my daughter. Somehow we missed the name of another patient
