Check with both your vision and health insurance prior to visiting for an appointment. While their office asks for both prior to your appointment, they don’t inform you until afterwards if your insurance isn’t accepted. They are happy to provide paperwork for you to request reimbursement, unfortunately not all insurance providers participate in such reimbursements. When asking the office about this, they became defensive and stated it was my fault. I have BCBS insurance and Davis Vision, both very common plans, and have never had any issues with coverage with any old offices over my 15 years

This is hands down the best eye care place I have ever been to! The exam was very comprehensive and not rushed. I felt that all my questions I had were answered. I also appreciate how friendly the staff was. Their selection of glasses was perfect and not overwhelming. I will continue going here! I highly highly recommend this place!

Absolutely awesome!! You and your associates are so friendly and professional. You all made us feel so comfortable. We were treated with such respect and you and your staff, I shouldn’t even call them staff. They are way more like family!! Thank you so much for making us feel at ease. Being in a wheelchair that’s not always easy but you made it easy for me and I thank you so much!!
