I went to EyeSite in Penfield. This is the 1st time since 2013. Wouldn't recommend waiting that long between eye exams.
They were just as nice, friendly, & professional as I remember.
I ask Dr. Lovett some questions about eye health and maintaining good eye health. She was very helpful.Highly recommend.

Kara, Karlie, and Dr. Lovett were friendly, thorough, professional, and efficient. I shared my preferences on glasses and the team had several pairs of glasses waiting for me to try on after my exam. Travis, my optician, set me up with exactly what I needed. I was in and out of there in 35m. Looking forward to my new glasses. Thank you to the Eyesite team for a great experience.

Eyesite has terrific doctors, mine is Dr. Varone and I feel extremely comfortable with the care of my eyes and eyesight. I have worked with Terry for years with him helping me with styles, getting the prescription correct in the lenses and of course fit! I recommend Eyesight for the total care of your eyes from health to style!!

I’ve been going to EYESITE since 2005. I’ve seen both Dr. Verrone and Dr. Peters. The professionalism of the whole staff is always bar none. Their new facility is absolutely gorgeous! So many frames choices and the opticians are always helpful and courteous. I came in again yesterday for an exam, contact fitting and glasses adjustment and every part was a great experience. A big shout out to the woman that did my pre-testing (sorry! Didn’t catch your name) who was very personable and knowledgeable. And to Terry (optician) who worked miracles with my busted up glasses. Thank you EYESITE!

I chose Eyesite for my annual exam because it was a preferred provider for my VSP vision insurance. I was quite pleased with the facility. It's a nice layout with complimentary drinks while you wait. The staff is very friendly and professional and prices were very reasonable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and talked to me about how my pregnancy would affect my vision. I tried on a few pair of glasses and ordered a pair, which arrived even earlier than anticipated, which was just in time for the holidays. Their equipment is outdated, optomotrist so new and inexperienced she could not tell if i had a contact in my eye with a scope and light. I tried on a few different contacts with the prescription she gave me and was not seeing 20/20. She gave me a bad prescription. I had to go somewhere else and redo my eye exam where they gave me the correct prescription and now I can see 20/20. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I was referred to Eyesite by a friend after a poor service with another Optometrist's office. Dr. Ben Peters was attentive and friendly during my exam, and the staff was not overly pushy trying to sell me new frames. Given their large, new office, I was expecting to pay premium prices, but they were surprisingly reasonable. I am proud to say that they are now my new Optometrists.

I first came here several years ago because the frames I had gotten before I moved here had broken. Even though I hadn't gotten them here they did the repair on the spot and quickly. So this is where I thought of first when I needed a new pair of glasses. I keep coming back because I like the selection and service here.

Today was my first visit and it was fabulous. The receptionists were all very pleasant. My doctor and the Tech's were wonderful. The Optician was extremely helpful and caring. If you are looking for a new eye doctor... look no further... this business is by far the best! I wish I would have found them sooner!

I would Give 0 stars if it's let me. The facility is nice and clean, the staff, horrid. Was waiting to be called back to start my appointment and an argument ensued between two employees that could be heard through out the building. Very un professional and not super friendly. Pricing wasn't horrid depending on your insurance but I will not be returning I will drive further out of my way to deal with actual professionals.

I have to reverse this review. I was treated poorly to say the least.
1) After selecting glasses I told the person that since I would not be around for weeks, no hurry getting it filled. She got up, left, and a few minutes later came back and said "I looked up your record, since you are not a new customer we will do you a favor and get it filled right away". That was kind of insulting, they have to "look me up" to tell if they should fill my scrip, and they are doing me a favor by doing what I asked them not to do. I had been going there about 20 years, btw.

Hands down the best eyeglass selection. I tried at least 5 different stores before I found a pair of frames that I liked. Besides the run of the mill frames they've got brands from Denmark,Spain,France and more. Porsche,Tumi,Tag Heuer,Lindberg, Prodesign,ICBerlin,Fred..just some of the brands.
The service is excellent and the warranty coverage is beyond compare. I've ordered glasses and sunglasses off the Internet before,but the service,selection and price keep me coming back. Proud customer for over 5 years.

I sat a table outside on a warm summer day with a pitcher of deep red sangria in the middle of the table and one my best friends sitting across form me. We sat outside of a trendy new wine bar in the South Wedge area of Rochester. This place is great, but that wasn't what I loved about the night.
