Located in the heart of Plant City, Florida, Grace Manor at Hunters Creek is located between Tampa and Orlando. Grace Manor at Hunters Creek offers residents the charm of old-fashioned Florida living with the convenience, amenities and attractions of a large city.

Our warm and welcoming lifestyle features gourmet food, many on-site amenities and an active social calendar. We offer a variety of floor plans, including spacious one-bedroom suites and one- or two-bedroom apartments, all with modern finishes and fixtures.

The Manor at Lake Morton is a wonderful place for your loved one to live. Whether it is the amazing food, exceptional cleanliness or helpful staff, you can be assured that their needs will be met. They took great care of my husband while he was a resident and I appreciate Tiffany's help in making his transition as easy as possible. I highly recommend taking a tour of the facility and seeing first hand what is available.

I’m so happy that my mom is at The Manor, it is the best place. She has been there for a year now and I feel so blessed that she got in right before the world went on lockdown. Everyone on staff has been so great with all of the residents during the pandemic, keeping everyone safe and happy. I really can’t say enough good things about the staff and facility. I highly recommend The Manor at Lake Morton if you are looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one.
