As a psychotherapist in San Jose, California, I specialize in helping people to resolve problems that prevent them from experiencing happiness. My main focus in therapy is to provide an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance enabling you to find ways to create a joyful, creative and extraordinary life.
I offer a wide variety of proven therapy methods I acquired while earning a Masters and Ph. D. in Psychology as well as publishing books and research on communication, mental health and alternative medicine. This unique approach has enabled me to develop considerably more tools than traditional therapists and psychologists.

Services
I offer counseling services in the safety and comfort of my office, or with video conferencing, or over the phone. You choose which you are most comfortable with. Although the terms counseling and psychotherapy are often used interchangeably, there is a difference between psychotherapy and psychological counseling.
I provide psychotherapy in the safety and comfort of my office, or with video conferencing, or over the phone. You choose which you're most comfortable with. Psychotherapy is a practice that dates back to prehistory. It is a special relationship and pattern of human experience that started when humans began living together in close communities and sought healing and counseling from particular members of the community.
As an experienced psychotherapist and marriage counselor, I recognize that couples counseling and marriage therapy can be more than a little intimidating, especially if you've never been to therapy before. Couples therapy is different than psychotherapy because it is more focused on the dynamics of the relationship between two people.
I'm grateful to be a psychotherapist and marriage counselor because I enjoy helping people. It's so rewarding to see people break free of problems that have been weighing them and preventing them from being happy. My hope for my clients is that they can enjoy what they do for a living and their personal lives as much as I do.
