There are periods in life when it is difficult to see a way forward-- sometimes this happens because of a death, a loss, or a big change. Other times it is a result of life stresses piling up over time. If you are here, my guess is that you are struggling-- you may be missing someone or something, or you may be wondering what happened to the life you wanted to live-- the happiness you want to know.

When someone you love dies, your whole world changes. Grief often comes with a whole host of emotions-- sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, and guilt are all common. There are some circumstances, such as after a prolonged illness, where these emotions may also be mixed with a sense of relief which can sometimes feel distressing as well.
The greek philosopher Heraclitus famously observed that the only constant in life is change. It's true that our lives are always changing, but not all changes are easy to cope with. Change can be very positive, but it also inherently comes with loss, both tangible and intangible. Sometimes we are the ones who decided to make a life change, and sometimes these changes have been made for us.
I just want to get away from everything. I wish I could run away to the woods and never come back, but I have too many responsibilities. Return Her to the Wilds takes like-minded, stressed out women out into the beauty of nature. With the guidance of a licensed counselor, you'll learn to relax, you'll ask yourself challenging questions, and you will give and receive love and support.
