I recently contacted Irene to handle a refinance on our home. From the very initial contact, she was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. For months my husband and I procrastinated on refinancing. After seeing interest rates drop below 3% we'd seen enough. After calling several people, Irene was the most attentive, friendly and competent in my opinion. The process went really smoothly. We did our part, and as soon as we got her the docs she needs things happened immediately. She's very attentive and responds to emails rapidly- even when I send a reply at 6am I'd hear from her by 615! She helped us save $1000 a month, which is crazy. What really made her stand out was her communication with us during the whole process and her attention to detail. We found Irene for a refi through Yelp as well as references from former/current clients. As others have mentioned - her SERVICE is simply amazing. As this was our first refi, we had a lot of questions about the process.
