Cathy was simply the best! She explained everything so clearly and was so efficient. It was my first time buying a house so she put it into terms I understood and was extremely patient. She researched everything so thoroughly to even find a first home owner loan and helped me take the course to get certified. She is a rockstar. I was buying my home over Christmas and New Years and she made sure we were ahead of schedule for closing, so the holidays didn't negatively impact us. She is so great to work with!!

I have purchased and refinanced so many times over the years and have ALWAYS been disappointed with the service, the interest rate, and the 'garbage' fees they hit you with in escrow (that may indeed be valid but are never disclosed properly until the end when you have to come up with tons of additional cash to close).

I confess I don't write reviews nearly often enough, but in this case I was compelled to by a great experience. My wife and I couldn't be happier with Cathy's service. We just completed a refi with Cathy, our 3rd new loan in the past 2 years. We had a purchase loan in Sept. 2014, and a refi 9 months later to eliminate our PMI and lower our payment. Both loans were with the same mortgage broker and both were quite stressful, things just getting done at the last minute. When the rates dropped recently he contacted us again and told us that we could save about $300/mo. if we did another

I'm a little disappointed I have to do this, but maybe I'll get what I need.
I hope that Cathy has learned a lot about VA loans and TRID through my loan and that others will not have to suffer like I did.
I worked with Cathy to get our VA loan approved, and that was a struggle by itself. One minute we were preapproved, then all of a sudden we were not. After starting over, we were preapproved again and ready to buy a house. I was told I could close with zero down payment, then after we signed our contract and it was accepted I was told I need to come up with $32K. That was fun adjusting

My wife and I are just about to close on our first home, and Cathy has been beyond fantastic. Her attention to detail and patience are amazing, and at no time did I ever feel like I was low on her priority list. In fact, it was hard to tell that I wasn't her only customer most of the time!
We always knew where we were in the process and what was needed from us. She is always frank in letting us know what is outside of our control, and while the waiting can be tortuous to endure it is nice to know that Cathy is advocating for us and pulling every lever she has available to her to try
