At 1310 Kitchen & Bar, a Georgetown DC neighborhood restaurant, you will find a range of American classics, from our Buttermilk Pancakes, Dry Aged Burger & Fries, to comfort food, like Chicken Pot Pie. We also serve a large number of gluten free & flavorful healthy options, like our Kale Quinoa Salad, Chia Seed Pudding, Acai Bowl, Shakshuka, Peruvian Chicken & Soba Noodle Salad.
We put a lot of time and care into our sourcing. From produce to locally made products, we acknowledge that many local businesses are producing top quality food, and rather than producing everything in house, why not purchase from neighboring businesses allowing us to deliver the best to our customers.

Services
Born and raised in the Washington DC area, Jenn Crovato grew up surrounded by food traditions. At the age of 13 she was selling her pepperoni rolls in the teachers lounge, and delivering homemade pizza throughout the neighborhood by skateboard on Saturday nights. Her high school career was spent cooking in local restaurants, which lead her to the natural decision of attending culinary school.
A lot of thought has been put into each ingredient we use. Our eggs are cage free, and we source many of our products from local DC businesses who we feel are producing the best. Our philosophy has always been to source the best, so we can serve the best. Ingredient sourcing is often times the greatest challenge, but it also comes with high rewards.
No one will ever forget the year of 2020, when everything changed. Our "pivot" was frozen food, beginning with just Chicken Pot Pies, and then expanded. We launched by doing a GMS Fundraiser raising $5,000. It was definitely our silver lining! We continue to offer a line of frozen food and would like to continue growing local support by giving back.

I decided to stop in here on a whim with my friend before our day of shopping in Georgetown. We were seated at a high table by the bar and front window. The place is clean and nice inside. We tried the Shakshuka, Eggs Benedict with Ham, and Regular Coffee.
The Shakshuka was not that good for Shakshuka in my opinion. The dish consisted more whole tomato pieces than a hearty sauce as I would have liked. The Eggs Benedict with Ham was an average take on a classic brunch dish-- good but not amazing. The coffee was standard as well.
Overall, it's a nice spot for catching up with a friend. I

I really enjoy brunch here, especially the spinach and goat cheese omelette and hue is rancheros. The staff is always incredibly kind and efficient but also knows how to handle large groups and splitting the bill well. I only knocked off a star because it is a little overpriced, even for Georgetown and DC in general.

This is really a 1 or 2 star review and a 4 star review commoner as we went there twice. The first time was for a during-the-week lunch and it was great: nice food (a BLTA and some calamari) and friendly, prompt service. Also the place want full, which I think is key. Just went for Sunday brunch and the experience was quite different. An hour and a quarter wait for our food after being seated and the food when it came was only so-so. Particularly disappointing were solid yolks on over easy eggs for the beef hash and the same on a poached egg. Just not good when you can't get the basics right

Went here for breakfast after seeing positive reviews. Everything was great until we received our food, my wife's food was made wrong, our server was no where to be found. They didn't give us silverware either. Our server never came to check out how things were or to give us a coffee refill. Very disappointed in the service and that the kitchen can't read a ticket

We stayed at the Georgetown Inn to drop off daughter at school, and if you are staying here, highly recommend eating breakfast here. My wife gad the egg white omelette with home fries and I had the Eggs Benedict, and we shared chorizo sausages. I am always hesitant about ordering Benedict because I am usually disappointed, and some chefs say that most places do not make hollandaise sauce for each order so there is a greater risk of food poisoning. But I just cannot resist when I go someplace nice and they have Benedict. This place was really good. The only knock I have is that the sauce could

1310 is an absolute gem, and they prove that eating clean (depending on your order of course) can ACTUALLY be delicious. To start, I recommend getting their burrata and tuna tartare.
The tuna tartare was especially tasty, and I loved the bite-sized presentation. Big ups to chef Jenn for incorporating ginger and jalapeño into the mix - I'm a SUCKER for both flavors so this was a home run for me.
As for entrees, there were a lot of delicious options available, but my friend and I went with their potato crusted trout and buffalo mozzarella ravioloni. We WERE tempted by Jenn's chicken

The good:
All props to the bartender, who was terrific! And the wine was good for a decent happy hour price.
The not-so-good:
Mosquitoes savaged us the entire time (and we sat indoors). The napkins were crusted with old food and lots of hair. The bread was store-bought and not fresh. The hummus was similarly unfresh.
The bad:
The potato-crusted trout was OFF--as in turned, totally spoiled. It literally tasted like the inside of a trash can, and I'm certain that if I hadn't spit the first bite into my napkin, I'd be doubled over in pain and puking from both ends this evening

Restaurant just at the Georgetown Inn. Masks and vaccination certificate required. Not big menu, but food was good. Shakshoka was good but watery. Avocado toast with poached egg was good, but the avocado tasted a little funny but still edible. The pancakes were delicious. We ordered fries which never showed up, but it’s not a big deal since it wasn’t on the bill. Waiter was friendly.

Ordered the Shakshuka w hard poached eggs....absolutely delicious! First time ever having that dish. Had the gluten free brioche toast on the side and I've never had GF bread so wonderful.....
Service was great. Bar drinks were lovely as well.
I was attending a friend's book signing. It was all a wonderful experience. Will return again in the future.

Kitchen 1310 serves a superlative breakfast or brunch. The blueberry buttermilk pancakes are killer. The classic eggs benedict is made with authentic hollandaise sauce--and is out of this world. Opens at 7 AM, appreciate that.
What a magnificent space. Love the various seating options: big booths, high top tables, bar area. The interior is shiny and inviting. There's a fabulous, floor-to-ceiling front window that's perfect for watching life pass by in this ritzy part of DC.
I receive very crisp service here.
It's pricey but highly enjoyable.

Updated review to 2.5 stars for a hotel restaurant that only seems to get the food part right.
As noted in my previous review, my wife and I previously tried out 1310 Kitchen & Bar, located on Wisconsin in connection to the Georgetown Inn. While we had some issues, the good food and pleasant manager who promised a happy hour that would "blow our socks off" prompted us to come back to try that happy hour. Unfortunately, many of the same issues from last time were still present.
