Government benefits like Social Security Disability (SSD) are a safety net, and sometimes even a blessing, to those who desperately need them. Nonetheless, they are generally not approved easily. As a matter of fact, 64 percent of initial SSD application claims are denied. For this reason, no matter how deserving of these benefits you are, it can be invaluable to have a skilled disability attorney supporting you when you apply for them.
If you are applying for disability benefits, you must provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) with sufficient medical records, which at some point will include doctor's letters. Erika Riggs is absolutely amazing and certainly worked hard for me! For years I've been suffering with a multitude of medical issues and wasn't getting anywhere with social security. Repeated denials and constantly being told that SS may not want to approve me because of my age, I was ready to give up.
