Sharon graduated from Farmingdale University with a Degree in Nursing. After accepting a position at Good Samaritan Hospital, Sharon became more and more interested in cosmetic surgery and the procedures performed. BEWARE! I went to Elite Laser for skin tightening and have been disappointed since the beginning. I completed 9 out of the 10 sessions purchased and have seen NO RESULTS! From the beginning they NEVER TOOK ANY PICTURES! I asked Vanessa numerous times to which she told me the person who takes pictures wasn’t in. Finally around my 5th session Vanessa took pictures. Each session I let Vanessa know that I was not seeing any results. Finally I went to the owner Sharon who has been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She first said Vanessa told her I refused pictures then said they lost my pictures

Dissatisfied. For those who wish to go, make sure each time you go to look at your chart!!! Keep track of your number of visits. Make sure they note all your phone calls. They seem to have lost my messages. I repeatedly told them I had many patches of hair growth. I was told the patches would go away by the end of my treatments. My package was done and still have the patches of hair growth. Everyone had a different reason on why that was. High turnaround on staff. Had to explain each time I went what body parts had to be done & what frequency I was currently on. Poor documentation and owner not

I have never Yelped before but every day when I shave in the shower I get so upset with this place. This was my gift to myself after having two kids...face, armpits, and brazilian laser removal. My husband asked me why my you know what feels like sandpaper. On my last treatment, I had a different woman I told her what my husband said and she said that shouldn't be so I should just pay more money for lifetime treatments. I paid $1,400!!! Do not be fooled by their pretty and clean place. rude and ripped off

Oh man! I just read that Rose left!! I went to her for my laser and hydra facials for years!! I was considering going back again but only to Rose. I had a similar experience with the owner, Sharon. She doesn't come across as sincere or caring. I began hair removal treatments at the Bohemia office years ago and it worked for me, because it was close by to my home, and i'm extremely busy. The commute was about 7 minutes. After my initial three or four treatments, I had to go to go to the Nesconset area because they closed the Bohemia location. This was a 45 minute commute for me. I have been going there for 18 months or so and they have been working on my full back this entire time. Today I was told that they are only doing a partial back. If I want the full back it's more money.
So...don't go there for servies...it will cost you more than you think..

This place has really been a pleasure to work with and I'm sad to see some of the previous negative reviews. But I can understand. What I WILL say is that Sharon , the owner, seems to care very much and has done an amazing job replacing all the older unsatisfactory staff with some new incredible people.

I have had several different services performed at Elite Laser including the Hydrafacial and I'm extremely satisfied with the results! The staff are all very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I went in to look into a gift certificate. Sharon behind the counter came across as a bit rude, and not just to me but another client waiting for service. She seemed very scattered and overwhelmed at her job, that being said, I'm bot even sure she knows what that is. She seemed to juggle 5 different things at once even though there was 2 other staff members there. Doesn't she trust her employees to do their job ? If so, she sure doesn't convey it ! I'm sure these people don't get paid enough to deal with all the drama. I left

If I could give less than one star, I would. The facility is nice and clean but the staff is BEYOND RUDE and the owner (The Oh-nOwner as I call her) is a THEIF. I bought a package 5 years ago that guaranteed me, after my sessions were over, life-time touch-ups once a year FOR FREE. Now they claim they can only offer it at 30% off......EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!! They are scammers. I have been burned there and then Sharon later denied that it ever happened! They are constantly changing workers because no one can stand working for her. Read all the review, they speak for themselves.

I just had my 3rd laser hair removal session with Lauren. I have such great progress already and I’m so impressed! They told me to be patient in the beginning so I’m really happy with the results. Lauren really takes the time to explain what I should expect after each treatment and makes me feel so comfortable. Everyone is so friendly there!

Bought a package for 6 small treatments a while back. Sharon performed all my treatments but I actually never even went back for the 6th session. I didn't see much of a difference so I didn't care enough about losing that money. I recently began treatment at a different facility where I am seeing results in as few as a single session. The use different lasers which I think is a big factor.

Soo i have gone to many places for laser hair removal and Spas what not, as well as other services. I Live in Williston Park Nassau, and dont mind driving all the way out here because to me Cleanliness is paramount, and the fact that Sharon (owner) Is a Register Nurse makes me feel so confident. Honestly i have never been to such a clean, pretty establishment. like i said i have been to places in midtown Manhattan and i just happen to come across this place and boy i am glad. Beautiful location. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and well-trained. I had a lot of questions about different procedures and Sharon answered every one of them without making me feel silly. I felt like they were more concerned with my comfort level than any other laser salon I've ever been to. I won't go anywhere else.

I think the owner of this business is fabulous. I have been seeing Sharon for a year now and so appreciate her honesty and professionalism. She provides excellent service and never tries to sell me on something I don't need; in fact, she has talked me OUT of procedures if she thinks they're unneeded. The spa/salon itself is beautiful and clean and everyone there is always very friendly. I highly recommend. A+++
