Sometimes hope can be a very thin thread to hold on to. At the Phoenix Family Center we pride ourselves in our ability to help children, families, and individuals build on their strengths to make that thread stronger. We believe in community based Mental Health services and strength based solutions.
Our name builds on over a 116 years of providing services to the community. When the Larkin Center was forced to close it's doors, a group of us immediately began meeting to find a way to continue that tradition, and continue to help strengthen our community by providing the services that many need so desperately.

Services
At Phoenix Family Center, LLC we are firm believers that many people can benefit greatly from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or DBT. The skills that make up this therapeutic framework are straightforward and easy to learn and practice. We use them ourselves to help deal with the often stressful conditions of the modern word.

I have been seeing mp since 2009 and could not ask for better. she has helped me through many rough times and could not imagine making it through without her. she is compassionate, genuine and truly cares for her clients. also, i have been in groups with some of the other therapists and they share her attributes. i would highly recommend this facility to anyone! some facilities care about how much they pull in, but Phoenix cares about their clients.

I disagree. The person that I saw was not able to meet me at the place that I was. Definitely did not work for me. The person I saw definitely did not have an understanding of human psychology and how to appropriately interact with people in distress. They did provide water and Kleenex but I felt very uncomfortable, Bad vibes, no chi. Stay away!
